New sale numbers were just released and once again
"UK software sales chart for the week ending October 11, 2025 – Mario Kart World is Nintendo’s top seller"
Nintendo wins again
not only Mario Kart world is number 4 again but half of the top 10 is nintendo with SUPER MARIO GALAXY + SUPER MARIO GALAXY 2, MINECRAFT, DONKEY KONG BANANZA, and MARIO KART 8 DELUXE taking all of the other places.
SUPER MARIO GALAXY + SUPER MARIO GALAXY 2 went from 3 to 5.
meanwhile SONIC RACING: CROSSWORLDS is down to another 24. it went from 4th just under Mario Kard world, to 12, to 24. it is over, sonic racing crossworlds is a flop.
and SILENT HILL F took a massive drop as well.
Mario once again beat sonic and it wasn't even close.
people were saying the sonic movies would help with sonic game sales, it clearly didn't. sonic game once again flopped hard.

so I came cross this yesterday and I had to look into it.

and from what I can tell, this is about 3 things.
1, A live-action Moana which from what I heard has already been filmed or in the end of being filmed.
2, another Lion king movie which from what I heard is already working on the paperwork and doing rough drafts for scripes right now
3, Tangled Live-Action with Scarlett Johansson as Mother Gothel and I mean, its Mother Gothel. from everything I found out, it was never cancelled at all.
so Disney fans is getting 3 easily hit movies coming soon.

after another week, I still can't find anywhere that said sonic racing crossworlds is doing well. everything I found shows the games still haven't sold over 300k copies. it been out for over 2 weeks now and sold poorly. this is looking like another sega flop.
maybe if team sonic stop rushing out game after game and just took the time to make good games, they wouldn't do so poorly.
then again if you rush out shi games fast, you could make your money back easily.

doing the math, that would add another 161.733 million at the box office base on tickets sale prices.
