Me and the kiddos take gummie vitamins every day but I also started adding biotin for my hair skin and nail health. I have already started seeing the change in my hair and energy level and it hasn’t been quite a month yet. If your low on energy or have thinning hair first consult a doctor to get some blood work to make sure it’s nothing major. Then add you a multivitamin and some biotin and see if it helps!
