I stared in Audio over 20 years ago but quickly got into video shooting and editing. in Audio I started with Cool Edit Pro (now Audition) and Pro Tools. Nowadays i'm using Studio One for most of my audio work, sometimes Adobe Audition. In Video I started with AVID Media Composer and Premiere but started to use Final Cut Pro with Version 6... used Premiere Pro with version CS6 ... but now I'm 99,9% FCP. In Terms Video Camera equipment Sony VX1000 / PD150 and the legendary Panasonic AG-DVX100. and several other Cameras shooting HD on tape or card. My 1st Video-DSLR was the Canon 550D / Rebel T2i ... after that 60D and 70D, but after that I switched to Sony and was one of the 1st Sony a7s owners in Germany. Nowadays I regularly use Sony A7sIII, Sony a6700, Sony a7rIII, Sony FS... and even my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Mostly shoot Video and Photo for Lifestyle, Automotive, Urban Art/Graffiti, Corporate and so on. My "day-job" is basically working for / with Red Tower Films #TeamRedTower

just noticed with the iPhone 17 Pro (Max) 4K 100fps or 120fps does not work with the 13mm lens only 24 and 48… pretty strange and sad … since 100fps was one key feature for me and 13mm would have been best for slow mo shots 🤨🤷🏼♂️ #iPhone17Pro

well what nobody talked about: If you want to shoot ProResRAW with the iPhone 17 Pro (Max) stabilization is not supported and not working (in the Blackmagic Camera App as well not) 😅🤷🏼♂️

well seems like it was not my best month
damaged my workhorse Tamron 17-70mm lens (400 EUR repair), cracked my MacBookPro M1Max screen which is not working anymore (1200 EUR repair) and shattered and bend my NISI AIR UV (which is now stuck and dented my Sigma 24mm 1.4 which is now half the value … oh and today I have no hot water at home so only a quick and unpleasant cold shower … oh well … at least my rented @LeicaCameraGlobal Q3 43 will arrive tomorrow two days earlier 😅✌🏻😎

well... long time no see... literally... had an issue with my right eye ... Retinal detachment ... had an operation and all that ... almost 9 weeks not able to really to much work at all ... but now i'm back! ... New Review of the brans new Kali Audio HP-1's ... more to come!

Studio Update 2025… so this is now finally done, the „temporary“ setup is upgraded now and ready for the 1st official workday of 2025. The essential apps I use are Final Cut Pro for most stuff, @Adobe Premiere Pro for more complex corporate and documentary projects and @presonus StudioOne 7 for all Sound/Audio work. Also essential for my work @kaliaudio LP-UNF studio speakers, @beyerdynamic DT 900 ProX headphones, @YouleanSoftware Loudness Meter, @Loupedeck @BenQGlobal monitor, @ikmultimedia ARC Studio, @ColorFinaleChannel, @FilmConvert contourdesign controller Pro v2 and the newest addition Logickeyboad
for StudioOne keyboard.

Dear @PeterMcKinnon,
I've noticed that you apparently don't prefer stereo sound and music in your videos. Even your friends and fellow YouTubers (@mattih) have started publishing videos with mono audio, which makes me sad. I think the issue might stem from your NLE (non-linear editor) of choice. Let's check it out and help you create better-sounding videos.
