This shouldn't even be happening. Idle at desktop, and the CPU is at 89C while the fans are blasting for no reason, CPU is at around 1-2% usage with the clockspeed being at 4.10GHz all the way up to 4.30GHz while just sitting there with Task Manager open. What is this, Microsoft?
Should we replace the default background in the Final Editions of AspectOS? (a poll to decide the wallpaper will be done if enough people agree for a change)
Bad news and good news. Bad news is that DiskGenius, the software I was using, recovered NOTHING. Good news is that my current ISO collection was inside the ISOs folder, I just didn't see it. So all of my files needed to build the next generation of AspectOS are back and ready to be used, so AspectOS development will continue.
This might be the end for AspectOS before it even started. I was copying my ISOs over to my backup partition by dragging the ISO from my data drive to the backup drive, and Windows copied the ISO from the backup to the data drive, which means my ISOs were set back all the way to December 17, 2024, which means Aspect 10 Revision 4 is the current version I have. If the file recovery tool I have running doesn't recover the files I need to build AspectOS, this might be the abrupt end.
It's been about a week since my previous video, should I post a new video following that up in a few hours or are you guys fine waiting a bit longer for AspectOS System Optimizer V2 FE showcase? I'll only be checking for about 24 hours
I have decided the final AspectOS versions. More people have voted on Discord overall so Aspect 10 V6 will be made first, then I will honor the winner of YouTube and make Aspect 11X V2, and finally, Aspect 11 V3.
