I'm fucking pissed off. I know this is random and in the randomest place ever, but in this pride month I've been seeing many people everywhere saying how it's unnecessary that LGBTQ+ people need a month, screaming how it should be veteran's month instead, all while a well known gay man was killed in front of his husband on the very same day. All because of his sexual orientation. Disgusting, this is why we needed Pride. People kill us, people want to control who we love.
It's dystopian, and Veteran's month already exists, it was in May, and nobody fucking cared. So this just proves they're doing people who equally deserves respect as an excuse. I'm so sad and disgusted.
