Announcement on Residence Permit Applications in Istanbul
12.02.2021
The procedure of receiving residence permit application files by post / cargo has been terminated, and as of 15.02.2021, foreigners will be present at the provincial / district directorate of migration management on the date and time of their appointment.

As of 15.02.2021, application files sent by post / cargo will not be processed.

The applications of foreigners who sent their application files by post before 15.02.2021 will be evaluated and they do not need to go to the provincial / district directorate of migration management.

It is important that foreigners who have applied for a residence permit from different units before 15.02.2021, must submit their documents to the provincial / district directorates of migration management in the table below, in accordance with the information sent to them via SMS / e-mail.
