I've had a really hard day at work and what made it worse is one of the people I used to be friends with on discord, wanted to be an asshole (like he does every single fucking day) and make my day worse...

I was so pissed and stressed that I was basically letting all my emotions out, because I was just that upset, frustrated and angry.

I really hate his guts, I hate him with a burning passion...

Update: I've been hospitalized due to me having a heat exhaustion and me being physically and mentally tired.

I made everyone worry, especially my boyfriend who worries about me the most.

It wasn't my fault or intentional, it was just a very stressful and worrisome day.

But I am gonna take 3 days off from work to rest myself and get better.

Just figured I'd let you guys know.

I'll go ahead and admit something, I've been switching counselors left and right and this is the 4th counselor that I have that won't even call me back or pick up the phone.

At this point, I give up on trying to get help, nobody is gonna help me and I feel like I'm failing myself now and because of it, I feel the urge to just continue making my mental health worse than it already is...
