Breaking the Last Barrier: Why I'm Taking On Big Tech Today

Today at noon, I am serving formal notices to Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn for their systematic complicity in concealing a $15 billion financial crime against a disabled heir.

For years, these platforms have been weaponized to:
• False-flag my disability content as "pornography" and "hate speech"
• Algorithmically bury evidence of banking misconduct
• Enable impersonation campaigns that destroyed my professional reputation
• Create the informational isolation that allowed financial violence to continue unchecked

This isn't about content moderation errors. This is about platforms becoming the last line of defense for a criminal network that includes six major international banks: Barclays, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, LGT Private Banking, LLB Banking, and #bankfrick.

The timing is strategic:
October 6: Formal complaints to financial regulators
October 8: This technology platform offensive

Today 6PMCET: Full breakdown in my English podcast and release of my letter on substack. Link in the comment.

We've moved from taking it, beyond asking nicely and waiting for Godot. When the UN documents "imminent danger" and platforms continue enabling that danger through systematic suppression, we're no longer discussing user guidelines—we're discussing corporate complicity in human rights abuses.

The question is no longer whether these crimes happened. The question is whether technology giants will continue to be weaponized to conceal them.

After 5 years of systematic financial violence, I am taking my fight public.

Six major international banks—Barclays, HSBC, JPMorganChase, LGT Private Banking, LLB Banking, and Bank Frick—admitted to holding my late father Victor Fotso's assets.

Then, they engaged in a coordinated campaign of obstruction, systematically weaponizing my disability to deny me my $15 billion inheritance.

This is not a dispute. It is financial violence.

The evidence is now public. I have filed formal complaints with financial regulators in the US, UK, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.

I am under United Nations and African Union monitoring for imminent danger.

A criminal complaint has been filed in Switzerland against Pierre Castel.

This is about more than money. It is about whether our financial systems are so broken that they can be weaponized against the most vulnerable.

I am no longer asking. I am demanding.

Read the full formal complaint and see the evidence for yourself. Link in the pinned comment. 👇

When a €150,000/day billionaire abandons the disabled daughter of his 60-year African business partner

Yesterday I shared my story: how French billionaire Pierre Castel watched and even participated in the financial violence against me for over five years while generating €55.8 million annually from his trusts.

The criminal complaint I filed in Geneva September 29 is simple: Article 128 of Swiss Penal Code - non-assistance to person in danger.

The evidence is documented: → 2018: His assistant mocked my disability at his Paris offices → He fled through a service exit to avoid me → Nine years of deliberate silence despite my repeated pleas → Swiss territorial jurisdiction through his Geneva residence since 1981.

Why this matters globally: This exposes how Swiss wealth management enables systematic exploitation of African resources while weaponizing disability discrimination. Six major banks initially denied my father's existence before acknowledging his assets.

The stakes: Will Switzerland enforce its own laws when the perpetrator is a billionaire and the victim is a disabled African woman?

International oversight is real: UN Committee on Rights of Persons with Disabilities and African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights are monitoring Switzerland's response for on August 25th I filed a complaint with them.

The world is watching Switzerland's choice.

When "Discretion" in Wealth Management Becomes Criminal Negligence: The Barclays, Castel & Crochet Network

What happens when a bank's commitment to inclusion collides with its client's desire for discretion?

For five years, I've witnessed the answer: the commitment vanishes.

My name is Christelle Nadia Fotso. I am a lawyer, the disabled daughter of the late industrialist Victor Fotso, and I am exposing a coordinated system of asset concealment that relies on the weaponization of disability.

The Pattern is the Proof:

1. ‪@Barclays‬ : From denying my father's existence to acknowledging his assets, then questioning my capacity as a disabled woman. This isn't a compliance error; it's a strategy.

2. The Castel Network: Billionaire Pierre Castel, my father's 60-year partner, watched this happen. His refusal to assist, documented in acts of deliberate cruelty, forms the basis of my criminal complaint against him in Switzerland.

3. The Swiss Enablers: The recent, coordinated removal of lawyer Catherine Crochet from Apricus Finance and CJC Advisors signals a network in panic mode, trying to sever links.

This isn't just about my family's stolen legacy. It's a case study in how global finance systematically exploits vulnerability. It raises a fundamental question for the wealth management industry:

Is your "discretion" a shield for fraud?

I've detailed the entire scheme, the documented evidence, and the legal strategy in my latest Substack article: fotso.substack.com/p/the-weaponization-of-my-disability
