Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar channel. Co-host of Adeptus Podcastus with 40K Theories. Creator of ‘40k Stories’ lore videos as well as science with ‘Tactica Tutorialis’. We hope you enjoy our content! She/her 🏳️⚧️
I made a guest appearance on the Warhammer of Silliness podcast to shoot the breeze and discuss all things High Elves - if you need a little more Tactica ramblings in your life without the fetters of Podcastus formatting, or if you enjoy all things Old World, give it a listen!
For perhaps the first time as a hobbyist, I’ve reached a point where I can call a project ‘done’! My Lumineth Realm-Lords army is definitely the most skill-intensive painting project I’ve done - new paints, new levels of detail, use of Shattered Dominion and Hero bases and some new techniques attempted along the way. By no means is it Golden Demon or Armies on Parade levels of good (Teclis especially), but it’s probably the best painted army I’ve ever made.
I do technically own more Wardens and Sentinels I could add, but there won’t be any new purchases for the army from here. Overall, a lot of hard work but by my standards, a really good project!
In just under 24 hours, a very special video comes out - Episode 150 of Adeptus Podcastus! The last podcast that will be uploaded on this channel (I’m staying with the show but all uploads will go on Remleiz’s channel from here on out) and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product - I hope you enjoy it! In case you missed it yesterday, hobby streams have made their return! I’ll be doing the next stream soon and could use your advice - how should we paint Ghazghkull’s armour (only rule is it must be red)?
Good evening. Following tonight’s livestream, I unfortunately have to cancel all streaming plans going forward. The behaviour of some individuals, notably some of my own students, towards me was unacceptable and unsafe, and the moderators and I decided together to end the stream almost immediately and suspend indefinitely all plans to stream in future. To the majority of people who have watched streams over the past few years, I want to say thank you and also apologise; I enjoyed streaming immensely, but this is the way it has to be.
There will be no more streams for the foreseeable future, and the comments on all future videos are to be turned off or held for review in their entirety. I will try to keep posting, but I make no promises at this time.
Following discussions with my Discord and the livestream chat, I've finally decided on the possible terrain projects I could undertake next as part of my Ul-Ghysh board project. I'll be streaming my progress on it whenever I get there, but which one should I do? Poll results will be collected in a week's time!
For those who missed last night's mammoth stream (VoD is published and available to view) we completed the Altar of Khaine conversion that we've been doing on the past few streams. Added up I think it was about 25-30 hours of work all in, but I'm really pleased with the results (more photos available on Twitter and Facebook). I think we should/will do more of these big 'stream projects' going forward - I'll have a consult with a few people and maybe put a poll out in the coming days. Thanks to everyone who came to the streams and especially those who helped out with the design and painting process, I couldn't have done it without you!
Well said GW. Damn right too - this hobby should be for everyone, whoever they are or however they identify, regardless of what the setting looks like. I know how amazing and tolerant this community is for the VAST majority, and I’m proud and honoured to be part of it. But we can always do better; we have to do better, to make sure the hobby we love is accessible and the community is able to grow and accept everyone. This is true for #BlackLivesMatter, its true for #Pride, its true for everyone. If that’s a problem, then in the nicest possible way, you know where the unsubscribe button is.
