Enroll in PhD
Start writing Articles nothing else...
Teaching Experience will come only if you got selcted in permanent teaching post.
Awards will take time.

Academic Score is 80 (UG = 15, PG = 25, PhD = 30, JRF = 7, Award = 3) try to keep it FULL
