I’m having some major issues with my Keychron K4 HE, and I’m running out of ideas. Here’s what’s happening:

The Ghost in the Machine: Keys randomly stop responding, then suddenly "wake up."

Phantom Typing: Keys start activating on their own, sending my computer into a total frenzy.

What I’ve tried so far:

Tested via 2.4GHz and USB-C cable (same issues on both).

Performed a hard reset and a factory reset.

Checked for updates (it's already on the latest one)

Deep cleaned the entire board and under the keycaps.

Has anyone else run into this with the K4 HE? Is this a known firmware bug, or did I just get a "haunted" unit? Drop your suggestions in the comments! 👇
