At long last, they’ve shown us an upgraded station.

Llyn by the Sea has one of the oldest station designs in SCR and, as a result, this upgrade is needed, and this sneak peek is reassuring because it proves that other old stations will probably be upgraded or overhauled as well. That reminds me, I’m glad that they didn’t pull a WCR and instead kept Llyn’s iconic design but made it look fresher.

Also, THEY DIDN’T SHOW TRACKS AGAIN!!!

As they say, third time’s the charm.

This sneak peek has confirmed a LOT of my suspicions about the update. It shows both a
re-meshed class 720 and a re-meshed class 730, and it doesn’t show any tracks.

At this point, they may as well show us meshed tracks already, but they should also show us some other things that aren’t re-meshed trains because, while SCR’s recent commitment to realism is amazing, this is one of only two or three major SCR updates that hasn’t had a new or upgraded station shown within its first three sneak peeks, and that’s a bit concerning.

With that being said, what do you think about this sneak peek?

I know that I’m a bit late but we have the next version 2.4 sneak peek, and this one has two important qualities.

Firstly, the train in this sneak peek is a class 144, which is similar to the class 143 which is already in SCR, but has 3 coaches instead of 2 and, as a result, probably won’t replace the 143.

And secondly, THEY DON’T SHOW TRACKS IN THIS SNEAK PEEK EITHER. I’m starting to think that this REALLY isn’t a coincidence…

We are so back.

After several months with no SCR sneak peeks, we finally have one for SCR version 2.4, almost certainly showing an upcoming manually opening door feature on trains. I say this because the train and station don’t show anything all new (although the train does seem to be meshed) and the open door button on the train is a focal point of the image, showing how important it will be, and that it will probably be part of a new manual door opening feature.

I’ve been back from France for around half a day now and I have plans for A LOT of new videos this summer, potentially including some never before seen types. I’m going on a trip to France for a few days with some friends and won’t be active for about a week except for about 15 minutes per day each day, mostly in the evenings. I have lots of plans for videos I’ll make this summer, though, and my next main channel video should come in about a week and a half.
