For my mothers out there, I come to you vulnerably for your advice. 🙏🏽 I’m at the final stretch of 30 weeks and the pressure and discomfort of pregnancy is taking a toll on me (sorry for the lack of videos this week🦁). My physical therapist has me wearing Kinesio tape to help lift little Maxwell.
