An Icon Table for Windows is deployed. (Mac and Linux deploying tomorrow)

What's new:

• Script icons. - A script saved as an instance can be added to the table like any process icon. The card carries the script's file, its parameter table and its own logo, and clicking it runs the script on the active image with those parameters - the same as "Execute on the active view" on the icon's menu. The icon on the workspace is not needed afterwards.

• Complete instances. - A card made from a process icon now keeps everything the icon holds, table and block parameters included - ImageIntegration file lists, SPCC filter curves, DBE samples - not only the scalar values.

• Background image. - Alt+T puts an image of your choosing behind the cards. Alt+drag moves it, Shift+wheel scales it, Ctrl+Shift+wheel sets how faint it is. All of it is remembered.

• Card size. - Ctrl+wheel over the palette makes the cards larger or smaller, and the palette grows to fit - but never past the bottom of the screen. On a 4K laptop the cards were a fingernail and nothing could be done about it.

• Text scales with the display. - Card names were drawn at a fixed pixel size and were unreadable on high density screens whatever the card size.

• The same icon can be added again, with the settings it has at that moment. The new card is named with _01, _02 and so on.

• A plain process card opens its process with default settings, not with whatever the interface was last left showing. Instance cards keep theirs.

• Up to 120 cards, from 48.

• The shortcut list is on the T tile's tooltip.

Also in this release:
• Opening the process browser or the rename bar no longer resizes the palette; the panel lays itself out inside the window as it stands.

• Dragging a separator turns it into a card while it is in the hand, so it moves like one; and the drag preview now follows the same flow as the layout, so nothing jumps into a different place on the drop.

• Separators draw as a rule and a name only, with no plate, and a long name stays on one line.

• Every step the module attempts is written to AnIconTable-trace.txt in the PixInsight configuration directory before it runs. If PixInsight ever goes down with the palette open, that file names the last thing it was doing - please include it in a report.

Let me address the elephant in the room. I've been testing this in couple of my videos lately. This is a new process module that can be use to stack PI icons into a cohesive window that can be re-sized to almost any size you want, change color themes, saving presets and adding instances to it. You can rearrange the icons any way you want and it launches that module when you press on it. It is a nice place holder for PI process modules.

I like a clean and minimalistic view of my PI icons so I've created this instead of loading my 5739 saved instances.

Still ironing out some details so it's coming soon. I'll create a video about it for sure.

SpikelessAI upgrade incoming.

I have achieved significant progress in multi-angle diffraction analysis for lens systems. This approach successfully identifies distinct spike-formation patterns, as demonstrated with a 9-blade Samyang lens.

Also I'm adding Star Only feature to have the ability to load StarNet or StarXterminator for the Spikeless model.

Just some more testing and it's done.

Working hard on v1.5. Finally introducing some color options, I've decided to implement Selective color that is more of a Photoshop tool then the Lightroom. As I've been editing images for 20 years now I find that this particular tool is the best for the job and it's very easy to understand. Once you get to feel for the tool you will never look at another for color enhancing. :-)

Already working on v1.4. Building a superior sharpening tool using wavelets system that will be great for nebulas and galaxies but also for Planets and Moon. This sharpening is more efficient then standard Lightroom sharpening so I'm using PixInsight infrastructure to create this. As I already mention in an Introduction video that I'll definitely explore the possibility of inserting better options then Lightroom has regarding some of the tools so that we all have best of both worlds.

Working on a new feature in the Luminosity masks that will have the ability to select a region of the image with the ellipse or circle that you'll able to manipulate and move via control points. The mask inside the circle will be made by the Luminosity mask that you chose in the options. When selected you can then apply any slider tool to make the wanted change on that particular region. This will be very helpful when you have more then one galaxy in the image but with different brightness levels.
