I enjoy walking in the city and nature.
When I feel tired or irritated I go for a walk.
This helps me change my mood, to reflect myself, to improve my breath.
There are so many positive advantages of walking and I will share this experience with you.
Sometimes we don’t have time or room to go for a walk.
Then just watching someone walk in a new area can help change how we feel and give us inspiration.

Today was a beautiful summer day in Meijendel. ☀️
Around 20°C, a gentle breeze, and peaceful walking trails made it the perfect day to be outdoors. Nature has a wonderful way of helping us slow down and enjoy the little moments.

Hello, my friends! 🌷
Today, Bloemencorso is taking place in Westland, and it reminded me of this lovely memory from another flower parade I visited two years ago.
People were sitting along the waterfront, enjoying the sunshine and watching the beautifully decorated flower boats glide by. 🌸⛵ It was such a joyful and relaxing atmosphere.

Good morning everyone! ☀️😊
What a beautiful day here in The Hague! The temperature has finally decided to cooperate, and it actually feels like summer is on its way. 😄
Lately, I've been testing a new 360° camera and recording some 360 videos. If you're not familiar with them, a 360 video lets you look around in every direction while watching—left, right, up, and down—as if you were standing there with me.
I know that for those of you who watch my videos on TV, this format may be a little less exciting, since it's harder to interact with the view. Don't worry though—I will continue making regular walking and cycling videos as well. 🚶♀️🚴♀️
The idea came to me during our trip to Greece. So many times I looked around and thought: "There is so much beauty here, and only a small part of it fits into the frame!" That's why I decided to experiment with 360 videos and see if I can share a bit more of the experience with you.

I’m currently on vacation and enjoying a different rhythm for a while 🌿
I’ll still be filming during this time, but next week there will probably be no new uploads on my channel because I may not have enough time to edit and publish videos.
