This mare—Callie—was dumped at auction with a completely smashed-in eye. She is in so much pain, and if we don’t step in, she will be run through the sale tomorrow and likely picked up by a trader or worse. She needs surgery. She needs safety. SHE NEEDS US!
We need to raise $6,000 today to cover her purchase, immediate medical care, transport, and the surgery she desperately needs to get her out of pain.
No horse should be left in this condition, ignored, thrown into a system that doesn’t care. BUT WE DO.
I wish I could show you everything—the looks in their eyes, the way some of them still call out for someone who isn’t coming, the feeling of one seeking comfort, the ones who have already given up.
This is what we see here. EVERY MONTH. Every auction. Horses who were once ridden, once loved, once depended on. Horses who should have NEVER ended up here.
Right now, we have over 20 horses on our list for tomorrow. Twenty. And we barely have enough funds to get three.
Without donations, we can’t help them. That’s the reality.
I need help. They need help. Every share spreads awareness. Every donation gives one more a chance. The more we raise, the more we can pull.
If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference, this is the moment.
Both of them are skin and bones, dumped at auction in horrific condition. But Knox? He’s worse. He needs hospital care immediately—his body is barely holding on.
They were someone’s horses once. They had names. They had a purpose. And now? They’re standing in a kill pen, waiting.
We have one shot to change this for them. We need to raise $11,000 to get them safe and get Knox the medical care he desperately needs.
- $6,000 is needed to cover their rescue and immediate care for up to 6 months
- Knox will need AT LEAST two weeks in the hospital, which won’t be less than $5,000.
Knox doesn’t have time. He needs out NOW. Please, if you can donate, share, or spread the word—help us save them.
URGENT FUNDRAISER: I just wanted to get a quick update out, we have less then an hour before the auction starts. We have 9 on our list and have only fundraised enough for 1 at this point. Please help. Let’s keep these horses out of the wrong hands and give them what they need and deserve!
She was sold through an auction in Kentucky. One of over 150 horses bought by the Texas kill pen that week alone.
People always want to separate them.
This one was loved.
This one was pretty.
This one had papers.
This one was trained.
This one was someone’s baby once.
Truthfully, it doesn’t matter.
The pipeline does not care what they used to mean to someone.
It does not care how beautiful they are.
It does not care how many ribbons they won, how many little girls braided their mane, or how many years they gave to people who promised them forever.
This is where they end up every single day.
The dumping ground.
Thousands of horses every year. Different stories. Different owners. Same ending.
When I walked up to her, I could feel it immediately. Confusion. Fear. That look they get when they realize nobody is coming back for them.
I refuse to believe this should be the final chapter for horses like her.
Right now we are trying to raise the funds to get her safe, get her out of this place, and give her the chance to breathe again without fear sitting in her chest.
Every share matters.
Every comment matters.
Every person who stops long enough to care matters.
This is how horses get out.
People deciding to show up for them when it would be easier to scroll away.
We haven’t raised the funds yet for our 29 saves at the auction…
Yesterday, a semi-truck rolled in and unloaded over 30 horses. They were immediately weighed, tagged, and microchipped.
All of them were being prepared to ship out.
When I saw her I knew I had to help her. I don’t know what it was… but I felt it.
All of these wild horses and bucking horses were losing their minds, running, crashing into each other, trying to escape. Then they got her into the chute.
Her eyes were bulging… she was completely terrified.
There was something different about her.
She wasn’t like the others. I could tell she wasn’t wild.
I walked up to her. I started petting her… telling her it was going to be okay.
I grabbed her tag number and stood there with the hardest decision I have to make in these moments…
Do I put her on my list…
or do I walk away and pretend I didn’t see her?
I kept watching.
The other horses kept running her over… slamming her into the walls of the pen. That was it.
I told them I wanted her on my list and asked them to please separate her.
What I didn’t realize in that moment… they were minutes away from loading those same horses right back onto a semi.
Once she was in her own pen, she was still scared… but I took my time.
Jaden caught the moment.
I walked up to her again and started petting her.
She stiffened at first…
Then slowly… She released the fear. She felt safe.
By the time I stepped back, she was completely relaxed.
Her back leg cocked… just standing there.
A completely different horse.
Such a sweet girl. Truly.
I knew it. I could feel it.
I’m so grateful I was there to see her… because now she has a chance.
Now we just need to raise the funds to get her safe and give her the life she deserves.
It’s hard to believe this sweet girl was standing at the February 2026 auction just a few months ago… blind, pregnant, completely terrified…and about to ship to slaughter. We knew the second we saw her that we couldn’t let that happen. Shadow is now safe and comfortable.
She is doing SO good. She’s settled into quarantine, has been gaining weight, and has started to relax and trust the people around her. Despite being blind, she navigates her space so confidently now and is SO sweet and gentle.
And the biggest update of all… baby is almost here!
Shadow is getting very close and could have her baby any day now. We’ve been watching her around the clock and making sure she has everything she needs as we get ready to welcome this little one safely into the world.
Knowing that this baby will be born safe instead of into the slaughter pipeline or at an auction is something I’ll never stop being grateful for. Thank you guys for stepping up for her when she needed it most. We can’t wait to share her baby with you all soon. ❤️⚔️
When we found Mitch at the December 2024 auction, he was in rough shape. He had a severe open wound on his leg that someone had attempted to wrap… and then left him there. His face told another story—deep halter marks showing a history of pressure, neglect, and very little kindness.
It was clear Mitch hadn’t known much care in his life.
But today, he is a completely different horse. His leg has healed beautifully, his body has filled out, and those old wounds—both physical and emotional—have been replaced with softness, trust, and personality.
He’s comfortable, he’s safe, and he finally gets to just be a horse.
Mitch is now living his best life at our Texas facility, surrounded by good care, friends, and people who see his worth every single day.
Thank you for giving horses like Mitch a second chance at a life they’ve always deserved. ❤️⚔️
We wanted to share an honest and transparent update about Mindy 🤍
When we found Mindy in the direct ship pen at the January auction, she was in her late 20s, heavily pregnant, and fighting pneumonia.
She made it safely to Outlaw… but heartbreakingly, she lost her baby 💔
As Mindy has slowly started gaining weight and coming out of survival mode, we are now seeing more clearly what the vet warned us about from the very beginning.
The damage in her legs is extremely severe, with multiple fractures and injuries that were hidden while her body was so depleted.
Right now, we are doing everything we can to keep her comfortable, safe, and supported.
She is safe. She is cared for. And she is surrounded by people who truly love her 🤍
But we also want to be honest and transparent… her time with us is likely limited.
When that moment comes, we will make the right decision for her. The compassionate one. The one that puts her comfort, peace, and dignity first.
For now… Mindy is still here. And she is deeply loved ❤️
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to show Mindy the kindness, compassion, and peace she has always deserved 🐴✨
If you’d like to continue following Mindy’s journey and see more special updates about the horses, please consider joining our YouTube Membership. Your support helps provide food, medical care, comfort, and rescue efforts for horses who desperately need help 🤍

Cassian was rescued from the direct ship pen in June 2025, and from the very beginning, it was obvious he had very little handling or positive experience with people.
Everything felt scary and unfamiliar to him — people, pressure, training… all of it 🥺
Over the last few months, our trainers have spent countless hours slowly building his confidence and helping him understand that he is safe now… and that he can trust people 🤍
There have been so many small victories along the way, but today felt especially emotional for everyone involved.
Today, Cassian was brave enough to lope for the very first time ever 🥹🐴
If you watch the video, you can see how proud and excited the girls working with him were. Their reaction says absolutely everything.
To some people, this may seem like a small moment… but for horses like Cassian, this is a HUGE milestone.
Because trust does not come easily to horses who have only known fear and survival.
Watching him finally let go of some of that fear, gain confidence, and take this next step forward was incredibly emotional ❤️
We are beyond proud of this sweet boy and how far he has already come.
Thank you all for supporting us so we can continue celebrating these beautiful moments together 🐎✨
If you’d like to see more special updates and behind-the-scenes videos of Cassian and the other horses, please consider joining our YouTube Membership. Every membership helps provide food, care, training, and support for rescuing more horses in need 🤍
And if you’re unable to join right now, that’s completely okay — we’ll continue sharing updates through our posts so everyone can stay connected with these amazing horses ❤️⚔️
