‼️SPOILERS FOR ST5, this is gonna be a long one guys



Before I start sharing my opinion on this season I just wanna say that please do not attack me for it and feel free to share opinions as well in the comments! I'm planning to make reactions for Vol 1 - 2 - finale, but I'm not sure yet cuz my motivation is at the bottom of my feet rn. I also wanna say that, thank you Duffers for creating this show, it was such an amazing experience with this fandom and I'll miss it so much.


VOL 1:
Absolutely amazing. I honestly loved it so much, it was such a good comeback after 3 years of filming and waiting. As a person who's favorite character is Will Byers, I was genuinely blown away by how they’ve finally centered him, he’s always been the heart of the story for me, and seeing his journey of self-acceptance paired with his deeper connection to the Upside Down felt so right. I loved his dynamic with Robin so much, I'm so happy he has someone similar to him especially in the 80s. Robin's speech made me cry like actually omg

And the whole thing with taking Holly was so intense I was at the edge of my seat. Like Karen omg 😭 She slayed (literally too), I'm so sad for the Wheelers for what happened cuz omg. And that love triangle with Steve, Nancy, and Jonathan? I’m so over it, we’ve been circling this for seasons, and it feels like it’s taking up space that could go to more interesting things. And Dustin. Omg my son, I feel so sad for him 😭 Steve genuinely pissed me off a little. Max and Holly, omg I'm so glad they're not alone in Henry's mind. My Lumax heart omg, he never gave up on her HE KEPT PLAYING THE TAPE FOR HER.

And when Hopper and Eleven venture into the Upside Down to track Holly, their dynamic feels as grounded and heartfelt as ever. You can see how Hopper’s presence steadies Eleven really, their father-daughter bond has always been the emotional anchor of her journey, I love them so much, like they're talk?? THE FAILSAFE SCENE LIKE 😭 And Eleven finding Kali really shocked me cuz I. Screamed. Holy shit.

And WILL HAVING POWERS OMGGGG, I really really screamed so loud. It was so amazing and the look in Mike's eyes bro, it actually gave me hope for them to actually happen. My byler babies omg 💙💛


VOL 2:
Alright here we go. After watching this volume I was actually so shocked. I stared at the wall, I was so quiet. And like, what the hell was that 😭 Okay honestly? I love that we got more answers about the upside down, like the wormhole?! I was so shocked and amazed cuz like holy shit. Max finally escaping, my girl ran. LUMAX ahhhh 🥹 Dustin and Steve's situation bro 😭 The ladder and fight scene made me so sad, I ACTUALLY CRIED.

Will being able to control Vecna was so so insane, HE SNAPED HIS LEG LIKE WHAT but ofc Vecna was still too powerful but it was so intense I loved it. And omg, the tension between Hopper and Kali. Hopper immediately sees her as a wildcard, and honestly, I get it. Her powers are illusions and it makes sense for him to be suspicious and cautious. His cold wariness contrasts well with Eleven’s warm embrace of her “sister,” and it creates this great push-pull. Hopper wants to protect Eleven from everything- including the idea that she’ll never be safe, while Kali believes accepting that reality is the only way to break the cycle.

And now here are parts that I did not like from this volume. Idk if it's just me but it felt kind of rushed? Like the plot was all over the place, there were moments that did not make sense like AT ALL. Max not being surprised that Hopper is alive. I don't mind having Will and Max as a duo but why were they suddenly so close? I don't mind but it's just idk, like no emotional Elmax reunion? I was really waiting for that. And didn't the Duffers (I might be wrong) say that Mike will play more in an emotional role this volume? Well, guess what we got nothing. Bro was just 🧍🏻. It disappointed me a lot cuz like, I really wanted to see more action from him after getting hyped from him in volume 1. And Kali saying they needed to off themselves for everything to be over really bothered me.

And another one, which you guys probably already know. Will's coming out scene. For me it was necessary, cuz like Vecna likes to use people's trauma or secrets against his victims and Will knows that. And I understand that. But like, I did not like that he didn't come out in his own terms. And I didn't like that he came out to like 20 people. With people he doesn't even have any interaction whatsoever in the show. I felt he should have came out to his family (The Byers, Hopper and Eleven) and his friends (the core 4 and Max probs) rather than everyone who's going to battle. But what he said in his speech really touched me and I teared up, I like how it was delivered and Noah did amazing!

I don't really agree with the people saying "Nothing happened.", "This volume was boring asf." "NOTHING HAPPENED IN THIS VOLUME." Like hello? A lot happened in this volume in my opinion.


FINALE:
I... What. What. She's gone. El is gone. I cried. I'm still crying. Mileven my babies omg, Mike was whining for her to not go 😭 BUT HE STILL DIDN'T TELL HER HE LOVED HER LIKE WHAT. Idk. I don't know what to think or feel about that ending bro. I mean the whole fight with the mind flayer and Vecna was so good for me. WALK EM DOWN WHEELERS. And Lucas with his monster killer, loved it. THEM TEASING US STEVE FALLING FROM THE TOWER? AND THAT ONE INTERVIEW WITH THE DUFFERS?! Will saving El by controlling Vecna's arm was chef's kiss.

But like genuinely? I didn't like the ending cuz there were still a lot of questions that were unanswered. Like why did Vecna kidnap Will? Like specifically? Who opened the door to the Byers house? Why is the time in the upside down stuck on the day Will went missing? Why did Eleven recognize Will in the photo in season 1? I thought they said the painting was going to be discussed but NO IT IS JUST TAPED TO THE WALL OF MIKE WHEELER'S BEDROOM. I'm still confused with the whole Will's connection to Vecna.

And don’t get me started on that time jump epilogue, it was nice to see where everyone ended up, but it felt like they skipped over all the hard parts of rebuilding their lives after all that trauma 😭 They didn’t lean into the consequences of everything that happened. Will’s connection to the Upside Down is just... gone? But isn't he still a part of the upside down even tho it's gone now? Shouldn't he be gone as well? Idk bro 😭Max is walking again but we don’t see how she’s coping with what she went through? It felt like they wanted a happy ending so badly that they didn’t let the story breathe or acknowledge how much these characters would be changed. WILL GETTING AN POTENTIAL EPILOGUE BOYFRIEND?! I did not like that at all. The epilogue was so underwhelming brooo.

My Byler heart is heartbroken. All that build up and hinting for nothing. We got a 20 second clip of them this ep basically being the downfall of their potential relationship. "Best friends 😃" UGHHHH 😭 💙💛💔

My Mileven heart is heartbroken as well. That moment of them saying goodbye broke me. I'll miss Eleven so much. 💙💜💔

They said there were 6 DEATHS in this season. Bitch where? There were only two bro or does Vecna count.. WHATEVER— they lied. Sighhh, like idk what to think anymore. For me I wasn't satisfied with that ending tbh.

But oh well. It's over now. Stranger Things is over and out. It was real fun to apart of this fandom, I'll miss it so so much. I'll miss the theories, the waiting together for another season, the edits (hopefully they won't stop) and just everything. I will love Stranger Things for the rest of my days, def one of my favorite shows ever. Thank you Duffer brothers for Stranger Things even tho it had a flop ending 💜‼️


I'll maybe make a reaction for volumes 1, 2, 3 but who knows. I'm making a volume 1 reaction for now and I'll see how that goes 💜

FINALLY IT'S CHRISTMAS BREAK 😭‼️

I can finally keep working on videos! I've left some reactions videos on hold for almost two weeks cuz our teachers gave us a lot of group projects and it was absolute hell 😭😭😭 But thankfully we get to have this break to rest and do whatever we want, I'm gonna keep on working the Stranger Things and a new KNY reaction but I wanna have a long long sleep after staying up so many days to finish our group projects 💜💜💜


As for the WHAT IF au, it's gonna be on hold for a while. The deleted screenshots of everything really took a lot of motivation from me, so there will be no updates on the series unfortunately until I find the motivation :(((

‼️MY opinions on the ship wars happening in stranger things rn cuz omfg





Byler and Mileven shipper here 🥰 I would love it if Byler were to happen but I know with all my heart it won't, there's only 4 episodes left of the last season I don't think we'll be getting a lot of the Romance subplot of the story, for me the rest of the remaining episodes will definitely mainly focus on the Upside Down, Vecna, Eleven, Will, Kali and all that. But even if it won't happen, I'll still love the show and still ship Byler when it ends.

The one thing I WON'T LIKE when the show ends, are the toxic non-byler that are going to be extremely insufferable and loud about how they were right and stuff. AND some of the byler shippers, they will literally attack for their ship not being canon. This ship war will go down in history omg. And lemme tell you, some of these shippers are MEAN MEAN 😭

Both these ships are adorable, I love them both so much. What are your guy's opinions on the ship wars?? I wanna hear ur thoughts. Please don't be rude to other people when they share their thoughts !! 💜
