Finally after months of working and finishing off my hardest project till now…
I built Mexger - a spatial AI studio in the browser. It's the successor to my Gesture Holo project.

Describe a part in plain English and it generates real parametric CAD: a feature tree with editable millimetre dimensions, not a mesh. Type 50 into the X field and the part becomes 50mm wide. Change a bore from 6mm to 8mm and it regenerates from the recipe. Lock the aspect ratio or scale each axis independently. Export to STL, GLB or STEP.

You can also draw in the air. Hand tracking through your webcam, no controllers — pinch to grab, two hands to scale. Give it target dimensions before you sketch and the drawing lands at exactly that size.

It runs free out of the box on GPT-OSS 120B, no signup needed to try it. If you want stronger models — Claude, GPT-5, Gemini — you bring your own API key. It's encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and only ever used to make calls on your behalf. No subscription, no credits, no markup on tokens.

Where I think it actually fits: learning CAD. Traditional CAD has a brutal first week you fight the interface before you make anything. Here you describe a bracket, get one, then look at the feature tree and see how it was built. Change a number, watch what happens. It's not replacing SolidWorks, but as a first surface for understanding parametric modelling, I think it's a gentler on-ramp.

It came out of two things I'd already built. Merser Store (an app store for AI models and skills) had the brain. Gesture Holo (browser AR, gesture-controlled) had the hands. Mexger is what happens when you fuse them.

Three things I learned:

Structured output beats freeform. Asking for a JSON CAD recipe produces far better parts than asking for 3D code and the recipe stays editable afterward.

The hard part wasn't generation, it was units. Making dimensions actually drive geometry took longer than the AI pipeline.

Everything runs through one endpoint. Skills, model analysis, code generation all hit the same API call with a different system prompt.

Live and free: mexger.com or mexger.com/

Looking for people who make physical things 3D printing, CAD, machining, or teaching it to break it and tell me what's missing. Especially whether the STEP exports hold up in real CAD software.

Sorry guys!
I won’t be posting any videos on my projects any time soon… I have a big project almost ready and made for public and it is a social platform, but due to my college exams which are really near I won’t be posting it now, my exams will be over in the first week of may! And then i will be showing you what i have been working on for so long now…
Thank you

This video got a crazy response in just a little time!
Just got into college recently and going pretty busy with things around me right now, so cannot post a video in like 3 weeks, couldn't make any projects too in the time being so 🙄
Stay tuned and Subscribe :)
