Healthy Habits

It’s been 11 years since I completely changed my lifestyle and started building healthy habits that actually last.

But I wasn’t always in the best shape of my life.

At 27, I gained 20kg in just one year during a stressful period.
And yes, I lost it in 6 months through discipline, ambition, and consistency.

But that wasn’t the real transformation.

The real change happened after — when I healed my relationship with food.

I stopped emotional eating.
I stopped overthinking every meal.
And I finally understood how to eat in a way I could maintain.

And everything changed — not just how I looked, but how I felt.

Over time, my confidence grew more than I ever expected.
I became more balanced, more grounded, more secure in myself.

For the past 11 years, I’ve maintained a stable weight, improved my body composition, and most importantly… found peace with food.

I don’t eat healthy because I have to.
I do it because I genuinely love taking care of my body.

This journey shaped my mission:

To help women build a healthy relationship with food, create sustainable habits, and feel confident in their bodies — without extremes.

That’s why I became a certified nutrition coach 8 years ago.
