Exciting news! The brand-new Mefjus-style DNB Course is launching today at 3 PM UTC.
Don’t miss the two exclusive bonuses available only to the first 100 buyers:
1, Experimental bass shots pack (101 very unique bass shots)
2, Win a chance to join the Letsynthesize Discord server and receive personal guidance on your tracks!
In my last post I mentioned there’s one more surprise coming… and here it is. 👇
The first 100 students who purchase my new Mefjus Style DNB Masterclass will get two crazy bonuses:
Bonus 01: “Experimental Bass Library” (101 Bass Shots) completely free.
Here’s the link where I show exactly what this pack can do:
Bonus 02: I’ll also pick 10 students from the first 100 people who buy the course who’ll get 1 month of free access to my private Discord (that's normally accessible through Patreon only), where I’m personally there to answer any questions, give feedback, and help you solve any sound design or track issues. Extremely valuable! (I taught a lot of guys there, some of them were able to get signed to Vision records! (wink) )
Oh! And btw the course launches in a few days, so get yourself ready! ;)
In my last post I promised to send you a little preview of the tracks that will be featured in my upcoming course — and now they’re finally here!
🔥 The first half of the preview is all about the warming up mini drops — short but powerful ideas where we dive into sound design, bass layering, and FX movement to get the creative flow going. After that comes the full track preview, built from scratch, where everything comes together into a complete Mefjus-style Neuro Drum and Bass production.
⚠️ These are just previews, not the full tracks — but they’ll give you a solid taste of what’s coming in the course.
Last time, I teased a producer who completely changed the way I think about Drum & Bass. You saw how insane his layering is, how alive his tracks feel, and how every sound is packed with character and movement.
Well… the wait is over.
This new course is all about mastering that style, step by step:
⚡ Layering like a god – build hyper-detailed, moving layers that make your drops feel alive.
🌀 Designing unique intros, drops, synths and basses – not just Reeses or generic sine subs. Character, punch, and originality.
🚀 FX, risers & transitions – keep the track evolving and building energy without ever feeling flat.
🧼 Mixing for surgical clarity – every element sits cleanly in the mix, even in dense sections.
So by the end, you’ll be able to create those insane layered sounds and basses, and gain a much better understanding of the complex track structures that this producer regularly uses in his music.
The new course contains: 👀 A little track analysis to see what we are about to aim
🧪 5 drop (remakes too) – to warm up and get familiar with his sound, style and arrangement techniques, and overall vibe.
🎯 1 full track – after mastering the drops, we’ll invest everything into producing a full, saturated, hard-hitting Drum & Bass track from scratch.
We’ll be using Ableton Live 11, Vital, and Serum 1 & 2. Every sound design move, layering decision, and mixing trick will be explained.
👀 Sneak preview alert: In the next post, you’ll get a taste of the actual course audio, so you can hear the vibe and techniques before anyone else.
And now… the producer who inspired all of this: MEFJUS. 🧠⚡
His way of layering and building tracks is what we’ll study and apply in this course — and your free Layering Cheat Sheet PDF is waiting for you to grab so you can get into .

There’s one producer who completely changed the way I think about Drum and Bass. Not just because his tracks are insanely powerful… but because his sound design is on another level.
He’s insanely technical, his ideas are pure genius, and his tracks are packed with layers, effects, and all kinds of crazy noise. But what really gets me is his unique way of layering — it makes every sound feel alive, like it’s breathing inside the mix.
That’s why in this new course, we’re going to focus on:
Layering like a maniac (in the best way possible)
Generating and placing tons of effects smartly
Twisted, brain-melting basses
Crafting unique synths with character
This kind of sound design completely changed how I produce.
And the best part? In the next update… I’ll reveal who this producer is — and send you a little surprise along with it if you opted in Letsynthesize Academy emails. 👀🔥
I’ll never forget the moment I opened a new project with zero rules in mind. No plan, no “safe” sounds… just pure chaos and experimentation. That’s the day I truly fell in love with Drum and Bass.
The weird textures, the broken rhythms, the raw energy — it felt like I’d unlocked a whole new world inside my DAW. And honestly… that feeling never went away. I still get goosebumps when a sound design idea turns into a monster drop.
More than 5 years ago, I tried to capture that feeling in my Noisia DnB course. It exploded. So many producers joined in, learned, and created absolute bangers.
And now… I’ve been quietly working on something new. Something that goes even deeper. More unique sound design. Wilder grooves. More brain-melting tricks.
