I challenged myself to do a photoshoot am very proud of the standards and adherence I had towards this goal
This pushed me like no other challenge I’ve probably ever done it was definitely up there
It’s crazy how volunteered suffering brings me the most joy and confidence in myself
Whenever I don’t have that in my life a reason to wake up a goal to work towards I let the ball slip standards drop and momentum goes
Two key things I learnt was delayed gratification the ability to say no now for the thing you want most I went all in witch made everything so much easier to say no too allow I did feel like I was missing out I was fine with that if that ment getting in the shape i wanted to be in
Secondly was staying in the game long enough in order to win I wanted to give up so many times
In the past I’ve given up I’ve given in but what if?
My coach kept me accountable and on top of things he helped me stay on track as-well as my cheat code
Which was telling you all! Each day I’d talk on my story how I was feeling what I done today to move the needle this for me was putting myself on the line
Everyone knew I was doing a photoshoot
It was literally accountability on steroids, I wanted to lead by example and show my clients I’ve walked the walk I wanted to lead by example and that’s what I did
I also wanted to inspire others too and I think I ticked that box too!
From here i have now coached lots of absolute legends and even done my first client photoshoot witch was so rewarding to do with my client and friend
Early September I’ve some exciting news… Doors will be opening again for the first time in a long long time confirmed date will be out tomorrow 💪
You see life has been quiet tough recently, more than I’d like to admit…
Just like a lot of people I look to food as if it’s going to solve all my problems (it never does)
So I turn to the next best thing my best mate, sadly am not taking about you Sean 😏
The gym or any physical activity
Besides although weights are debatably more beneficial I pre-fair cardio over weights but that’s for another time
But why turn to training?
Whenever we train we realise serotonin, endorphins chemicals in the brain which make us feel good!
When life gets tough I turn to training whenever I train my body I train my mind
It’s literally medicine for me, anyways
I done a park run last week , hitting a new PB 10k 40min 58sec from not being able to walk 2 years ago I didn’t know I was still capable of that pace anymore
After the doctor did say no more playing football at a high level or any heavy impact running
Over the moon with how thing went I set my eyes on next weeks park run race
After all if I can do this with sore ankles next week I might be able to smashing a new record potentially
I always like to set big or small challenges whenever life isn’t going my way I seem to dig deep more I push through the pain
It’s something am used to doing by now
It’s my biggest assets but always my biggest weakness if am honest
I showed up yesterday but I quit on myself, I didn’t complete the 10km I signed up to do
Look am not saying am not happy with what I done (new 5kmPB 19min 12sec )
What I am saying is am disappointed to not at least finish that’s what frustrates me
Yes I am hard on myself but I believe that to be a good thing because I know what am capable of especially after the past 2 weeks
I may have quit but what a privilege it is to be able to reset refocus and go again today
If life has been feeling a little tough lately this is your REMINDER it’s time to reset, refocus and go again ❤️
Ps if you’ve made it this far Follow for more ⬇️ Also big up to theses charity events good criac good vibes even better people all for a brilliant cause 🙌
Honestly yes the running is good… yes the food is even better😋but the people is what it’s all about 🫶people who didn’t know each other all trying to push eachother/have a bit of craic and honestly that’s what it’s all about
Ps thankyou everyone who showed up today I really appreciate it brilliant we community we are building together 🤜🤛

Be a failure
Get rejected
Make a mistake
Because you know what
That is literally
How we learn
And grow
If your not failing
Making mistakes
Getting rejection
Your not trying hard enough
Get outside your comfort zone
Use failure , rejection as fueling to the fire
Look at it as a good thing
It’s feedback a way to reflect
A way to learn adapt and overcome
You learn more from failure than success
Failure is a good thing
Ask Nathan my client who failed multiple times
But didn’t give up
Or Brandon
Or any of theses operations
Dm me the word plan
And let’s fail together

Disappointed to some degree giving up at 5km but sometimes it’s knowing when to push and pull and today my ankle just didn’t want it enough but sure
The hardest thing about today is knowing what am capable off and whenever i don’t live up to that and even worse give up, Yes am hard on myself
But I believe that to be a good thing I know what am capable of off I know I can better but sure
