First ever photoshoot- unhappy with my adherence to my diet I decided to go all in, it’s probs the hardest thing I done last year that’s why I talk and share about it so much because I am extremely proud of myself sticking to promises saying no to distractions whenever no one was watching on reflection proud is the first word that comes to mind
Marathon- the doctor told me no don’t do this it can cause long term damage, lit was ment to be in galway bang called off because of the storm so so much adversity and reasons to quite but I done it
HYROX Duo-This was a last minute thing and was done more so for the experience an excuse to stay fit and travel lol my type of vibe
Client Meet ups- I have/had the best clients ever such nice people and this group session and meet up was small to most but it was a big thing to me seeing my business my clients train together and seeing them do well it was so rewarding
Portugal x1 - I travelled to Portugal the day after my photoshoot(allow I was working a lot of the hoilday because my business was doing so well at the time) it was still great craic good vibes and even better people🫶
Portugal x2 - I surprised my brother with not only a holiday to Portugal but tickets to watch Portugal vs Ireland this for me was so rewarding my bro has supported/invested in my business since the start and repaying him like this so so rewarding
Overall when I actually reflect on last year am actually extremely proud of myself it’s funny how the price of progress is pain a lot of the times!
Half way threw 2026 my goals are more business related this year but so far so good 😊
Behind every "overnight success" is a season no one saw: When they were losing, tired, doubted, ignored - but showed up anyway. Luck favors the ones who stayed in the game when it felt hopeless.
Stay in the game long enough weather that’s weight loss building a business or trying to learn a new skill the results will come for the ones who can
Be patient Stick to your promises Adopt and overcome Don’t stop when things get tough/boring
Some of these lessons came from being told I wasn’t good enough. Some came from chasing money the wrong way. Some came from keeping promises to myself when I didn’t feel like it.
In this video, I break down 7 lessons that shaped how I approach football, business, discipline, confidence, and life.
We talk about: • Why chasing money alone will leave you empty• Why what you consistently hold in your mind becomes your reality• Why pain is the price you pay for growth• Why if you don’t take yourself seriously, no one else will• Why knowing what you want is harder than achieving it• Why self-respect is built by keeping promises to yourself• Why discipline — not motivation — builds confidence
These lessons helped me:– Chase a 25 goal season– Build a home gym from scratch– Push through a marathon when I could barely walk– Level up in business and life
If you’re trying to build something — your body, your mindset, your future — this video is for you.
Comment the lesson that hit hardest. I read them all.

Getting suspended in primary school for hitting the principal
Was one of the best things to ever happen to me
Here’s why
I was always in fights as a kid
It was never my fault so i thought
Suspensions
Detentions
I didn’t know why
I had endless amounts of energy but didn’t know how to control it
Then came the news
My mummy said “I think you’ve got ADHD”
I went nuts again
“Are you calling me crazy”
“There’s nothing wrong with me”
“How dare you”
I was finally diagnosed with ADHD
But I refused to take the medication
I thought it would change me
Fast forward a few months later
I joined my local football team
Finally somewhere I could release my unwanted energy out instead of on the people I love
That still hasn’t enough, a couple fights and burst outs
I joined the gym
Training twice a day and eating nutritious foods I found my medicine
It changed my life forever
I learnt how to Channel my energy through exercise
Train the body to tame the mind
Exercise, gym, football it quite literally changed my life
I now help people do the same
That’s why I train that’s why I love what I do
I get to see people evolve learn and grow
If you’d like to be coached by myself dm me the word “start” and we’ll go from there
Much love people follow for more

How I got into the best shape of my life before holiday - last year
I give myself enough time to let the work actually work 10 weeks to be specific
I only eat homemade meals
No takeaway/no meals out
(Remember this was only for now not for ever)
Cuz atm I love a chocolate pizza lol
Steps gradually increased from 8k to 20k+
Cardio went from 60min to 300+min
This wasn’t essential I just love cardio lol
0 pints with the lads
Bed by 9pm even 8pm at times lol
I get it, all this sounds boring
That’s because it was 😅
But boring works
That’s the truth 🤷♂️
I had days where I loved the process
I also had days where I wanted to give up
Eat the chocolate the takeaways
That’s normal
There’s always a trade off
Mines was stay the same?
(Which is fine btw)
Or look good dam sexy on the beach
If you’d like help this summer
Dm me the word “start”
And we’ll go from there 🤝

St Oliver plunket dropped me to the 3rd team whenever I was younger
When I seen the WhatsApp group I made the decision this would be my last game
Why you ask?
Because I believed I wasn’t valued enough and am not a tree,
Yes your not a tree you can move you can do something about it
That’s the point am trying to make here if your not happy with your weight, job, business, life
You are not a tree move!!
Only you can do something about that it’s you vs you
If nothing changes nothing changes
You are a product of your environment
Is your environment adding or taking away from your life?
That final game we did get bate 5-3 but I did score a hat trick and get man of the match that’s when I knew I had made the right choice
What choices do you need to make?
Following me would be the first right choice😉

2) get clear on your goal/why - when motivation is low discipline will be high whenever you get clear
3) reflect/ analyse- make adjustments if needed
4) make your environment easier for you to hit your goals
5) find someone to keep you accountable

You're not behind. You're just comparing yourself to the wrong timeline.
Everyone's life unfolds differently.
Different starts.
Different struggles.
Different pace.
Some people get in shape in months.
Others fight for years.
Some build businesses at 18.
Others don't start until 50.
Some are born ahead.
Others build everything from nothing.
some find their purpose early
others only find it after losing everything.
There is no schedule you're failing to meet.
No invisible deadline you missed.
Comparison will make you rush.
Rushing will make you quit.
The only thing that actually matters is that you keep moving forward.
One choice.
One step.
One day at a time.
You're not late.
You're not behind.
You're exactly where you need to be, as long as you don't stop.
This is your path.
Walk it.
