Matthew and Nathan are now 9 weeks and 6 days away from there first photo shoot and I must say the lads are absolutely smashing it so fking excited to see the progress they have and will make mentally and physically over the next few months
Ben has just entered his cut before we go on a gaining phase and if you know him he is a machine! Exciting times ahead for him
All in all really enjoyed that today roll on the next one 💪

Matthew was winging his food & training when he came in the door
We got a clear plan of action to get him from A-B, that was efficient, realistic & didn't require Matthew to give up his social life (ofcourse he made sacrifices, no snowflakes here)😅
✅8kg lost & serious tissue packed on ✅Energy best it's ever been ✅Can take his top off with pride & absolute confidence

I used to be in detention more times than I was allowed out in the play ground in school
Yes me! I used to go off the rails at the smallest of things
One day I got so angry I even hit my principal as embarrassing as it was looking back
I didn’t know how to control my angry it was me against me always I felt like
My mummy came into my room after I had went nuts again for the 1000th time and said
“son don’t get annoyed at me but i think you’ve got ADHD”
I went mental “how do you think there is something wrong with me”
We didn’t talk for days after that fight I was embarrassed how dare she think I had this ADHD
I was ashamed.
Later in life I finally got diagnosed with ADHD and boy did I keep it a secret
I was scared of what my friends may do think or say if they found out
I took the medication once but never again as I felt like it made me not feel like myself
I got older and finally I found the medication to stop me going off the walls
Training! Crazy that I trained my body and it helped me tame my mind
I’ve consistently trained 7-14 times a week and it’s taught me how to control my ADHD my emotion along with other things
I just thought I’d share this for young jacko or anyone who was in my position or with anyone who might have a kid who was like myself loads of energy but didn’t know wear to channel it
Train the body train the mind! Eat healthier too!

You might have gym anxiety but with consistency it will go away so stick with it!

15) things I’ve learned this year 🙏
1) don’t do things just for money or money full.
2) you can bring a horse to water but you can’t force them to drink
3)Say how you feel and be honest stop playing games because your scared of getting hurt
4)Be intentional with your dreams/life/goals/rships etc
5)Loyalty and respect are more important than love a lot of the time
6)What you hold in your mind consistently you will hold in your hand eventually
7)The quality of your life is determined by the questions you ask yourself
8)The price of progress is pain
9)Knowing what you want is hard getting there is easy
10)Take yourself serious or no one else will
11)Self love comes from sticking to your promises to yourself not your mood
12)Treat others the way you’d like to be treated/ don’t expect others to do something you wouldn’t do
13) don’t avoid problems/covos for the sake of peace as it compounds and gets worse over time
14)Train the body train the mind
15) get outside your comfort zone it’s how we learn and grow

As well as friend, family,the local gym, my coach and people who I don’t even know for the support on my page genuinely I am truly blessed!
2026 I’ve already started planning for i already can’t wait to do some cool sh*t some hard hard sh*t and to see where I can take things…
