Another throwback. Orginally owned and raced by bondi race engines. First yz250 I built, misfits themed kit. Wasn’t exactly what I wanted the kit to look like but a friend designed it for me. Ported cylinder and cases, so much was cut out of the head that you had to use a spacer under the spark plug or the plug would hit the piston. Fastest 250 I’ve personally owned. 240psi kicking compression. C12 only for fuel.
Can’t get enough of this red!!! Also I pulled a few staples out of the seat cover and re stapled it together the couple wrinkles out. Much happier with the seat cover now.
Took the banshee out for its first ride, still need some jetting done. Still rich. This airbox will be the death of me. Crazy how much different the jetting is from pod filters to a full oem airbox. Total PITA to pull silencers and airbox for jet changes. It’ll be worth it tho.. check out the fist ride video. 🤙
