We’re back with more major fixes on our BMW 3 Series restoration! This time, it’s all about battling smoke, mold, and water leaks that nearly ruined the car. From cleaning interiors with vinegar to repairing the exhaust system and resetting error codes — we’re fixing it all, step by step!

✅ Repaired the DPF & exhaust grill
✅ Solved the smoke issue with missing soot sensor hose
✅ Stopped water leaks by replacing door seals
✅ Deep cleaned moldy interior with vinegar & warm water
✅ Detailed the engine bay & cleaned oil residue
✅ Found accident damage on the fender
✅ Scanned errors & reset service parameters
✅ Added missing lug bolts & took it for a test drive
✅ Dropped hints about a new luxury project car!

Finally found a proper DPF solution ✅
Tomorrow I’ll be receiving the new mesh part we need to repair the original DPF. After cutting + welding, we can reuse it again.

Meanwhile, I’ve super-cleaned the engine bay — that heavy black exhaust residue was because the leaking DPF was throwing fumes into the engine and even inside the cabin through the AC filter 😮‍💨

If everything goes right tomorrow, the DPF will be back in place and we’ll finally start the car 🔥
Restoring cars in real life takes time, effort and patience — but the end result is always worth it. This BMW is going to perform like a true beast once again 🏁

🚨 Update on the 200,000 km BMW Project 🚨

Bhaiyo, thoda delay ho gaya is week – hamare area mein lagataar baarish ho rahi hai 🌧️ jiski wajah se BMW ko wapas road par lane ka kaam slow ho gaya.

Good news ye hai ki ek aur BMW E90 mil gayi hai, jismein se hamne kaafi saare spares nikaale hain 👌. Abhi sirf DPF aur turbo pipe donor car se fit karna baaki hai, jiske baad car start ho paayegi. Saath hi interior replacement pe bhi kaam shuru kar diya hai.

Agla video lamba hoga (lagbhag 1 ghanta) jismein full maintenance + fixing dikhayenge 🔧. Upload se 1 din pehle main aap sabko update kar dunga.

Baarish aur donor car ki photos + videos main yahin share karunga taaki aap log progress dekhte raho.

This one was next level — the car had 48 error codes, smoke pouring from the engine bay, and the RPM was all over the place 😬
