Some of the names dropped at the last congressional hearing as a reminder for you:

• Bob Lazar: Knapp reported on Lazar in 1989. Lazar claimed to have worked at a facility called S-4 near Area 51 as part of a reverse engineering program for alien craft. Knapp mentioned that despite efforts to discredit Lazar, he was able to film test flights in the desert, suggesting he had inside knowledge.


• Senator Harry Reid: Knapp had a private collaboration and ongoing conversation with Senator Reid, who later became Senate Majority Leader. Reid co-sponsored the creation of a major U.S. UAP investigation and believed that the U.S., Russia, and China had all recovered advanced unknown technology and were in a race to reverse engineer it. Knapp also noted that Reid, along with two other senior senators, secured funding for the AAWSAP program.


• Senator Howard Cannon: A predecessor to Senator Reid from Nevada, Cannon was a bomber pilot and defender of Area 51. He confirmed to Knapp that his friend, Senator Barry Goldwater, was denied access to suspected UFO crash material at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.


• Al O'Donnell: O'Donnell was the first general manager of EG&G in Nevada, which managed the Nevada Test Site. He told Knapp that he was directly involved in securing a crashed flying saucer in 1953, which was hidden at Indian Springs Air Base (now Creech AFB) along with a live surviving being. O'Donnell later changed his story after being warned to stop talking to Knapp.


• Dr. James Lacatski (Latsky): A career scientist with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Dr. Lacatski initiated the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP), the largest acknowledged UFO program funded by the U.S. government. Knapp reported that Lacatski revealed the "U.S. is in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior". Knapp co-authored two books with him.


• Robert Bigelow: A Las Vegas developer and aerospace contractor whose company, BAASS, was awarded the DIA contract for AAWSAP. Knapp confirmed that Bigelow negotiated a deal with senior executives at Lockheed Martin to receive a quantity of unusual, non-terrestrial material that the company was safeguarding.


• Dave Grush (David Grusch): Knapp mentioned Grush, a veteran intelligence operative, sitting in the hearing room. He noted that Grush testified under oath to Congress about the existence of crash recovery and reverse engineering programs. Knapp also stated Grush confirmed the Russian documents he obtained were real.


• Colonel Boris Sokolov: The head of a Russian Ministry of Defense program to study UFOs. Sokolov told Knapp that Russia collected thousands of reports to figure out UAP technology and that 40 incidents involved Russian fighter planes intercepting UFOs. He also detailed a 1982 incident where UFOs appeared over a missile base in Ukraine and activated the launch codes for ICBMs.


• John Lear: Son of Lear Jet developer Bill Lear. He brought Knapp a stack of government documents obtained through FOIA that showed a discrepancy between what the government told the public about UFOs and what they discussed internally.



• Senator Barry Goldwater: A Republican senator and friend of Howard Cannon. Goldwater suspected UFO crash material was hidden at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base but was emphatically denied access despite his high-ranking positions on the Armed Services and Intelligence Committees.


• Dr. Colm Kelleher: The principal manager of the AAWSAP program in Las Vegas, who worked for Robert Bigelow.


• Dr. Jacques Vallee: Designed and oversaw the largest known UFO data warehouse for the BAASS/AAWSAP program, which consisted of over 240,000 case files.


• General Igor Maltsev: Issued the standing order for Russian pilots to disengage from UFOs after three planes crashed while firing on them. He explained the order was because the UFOs "could have incredible capacities for retaliation".


• Dr. Rimili Avramenko: A Russian physicist who showed Knapp a plasma beam generator he called "the weapon of the aliens".


• James Ryder: Named as an individual at Lockheed Martin who was a "gatekeeper". Knapp mentions negotiating with a "senior executive at Lockheed".


• Glenn Gaffne: Named as being from the CIA and involved in obstructing the transfer of materials from Lockheed to Robert Bigelow.

* **Dylan Borland**, a former Air Force geospatial intelligence specialist, detailed his 2012 encounter at Langley Air Force Base where he witnessed a **100-foot-long equilateral triangle** that interfered with his phone, made no sound, and appeared "fluid or dynamic." He also spoke of being exposed to classified information from a UAP legacy crash retrieval program through a Special Access Program (SAP) and faced **sustained reprisals and career obstruction** for over a decade due to his direct knowledge. * **Chief Alexandro Wiggins**, an active US Navy senior chief petty officer, bravely recounted witnessing **self-luminous, "Tic-Tac"-shaped objects** emerging from the ocean (transmedium) in February 2023. These objects linked up with three others and then departed simultaneously with near-instantaneous acceleration, displaying no sonic boom or conventional propulsion signatures. He confirmed this was captured on multiple sensors, including radar and EO/IR video, which has been made public. A new video shown at the hearing, reportedly from an MQ9 drone, showed a similar object **evading a Hellfire missile** and sustaining no damage.

* **George Knapp**, chief investigative reporter, discussed his 38-year pursuit of the UAP mystery, emphasizing that the **"paper trail" of government documents** proves a history of deception regarding UAPs. He highlighted confirmed **crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs** in the U.S. and revealed obtaining classified Russian UAP documents from the 90s, which detailed thousands of sightings and their own reverse engineering efforts. Concerns were raised about the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO)'s effectiveness, with some describing it as a "joke" or a "misrepresentation" of the truth, rather than a genuine investigative body. There's a strong bipartisan push for stronger whistleblower protections, and for Congress to use its **subpoena powers** to compel testimony from reluctant witnesses and defense contractors like Lockheed Martin.
