Purpose of Visit

🔻Every breath brings us a little closer to that inevitable end. Every rising sun, every breath, brings us one step closer to that decisive moment. There is a truth in front of us that no one can escape: No matter how strong we are, no matter how many plans we make, there is no escape from death. People sometimes forget this fact; they get carried away with their desires as if they will live forever, they think that tomorrow is guaranteed. But when that moment comes, it can neither be advanced a second nor left back. While time flows unbeknownst to us, death is silently approaching us.

🔻This is precisely why our Prophet (peace be upon him) gave us the following warning: “Before five things come, appreciate these five things.”

Youth before old age comes,
Health before sickness,
Free time before busyness,
Your wealth before your poverty,
Your life before you die.

🔻 This advice reminds us how precious every moment is. Knowing that life is temporary, we should be grateful for every blessing and make the most of our time. Because when that last moment comes, we cannot go back and make up for what we have lost.

Purpose of Visit

Sometimes there are those vague, disturbing thoughts that get stuck in our heads and disturb our peace of mind, and they are called waswasa (specter). In the Risale-i Nur, waswasa (specter) is defined as temporary thoughts that the devil throws into the heart of a person and drives him to worry and fear.

🗯️ If we give importance to these thoughts, if we focus on them and make them bigger, they grow bigger and squeeze us. But remember, they should not be overvalued. Minimizing them, ignoring them and recognizing them is the key to destroying them.

📕As it is stated in the Risale-i Nur, wooing only comes if you don't recognize it, and disappears when you do.
