You can tell I was sick in between filming the first half and the second half of my first Greek myth video because I look so pale lol. Hopefully you won’t be able to tell when I finally edit the whole thing cuz I had to reshoot some clips after I edited what I recorded last month. If I can edit everything this week I think this video will come out either next Saturday (after the sketchbook video that’s already scheduled for tomorrow!) or the Saturday after that since I also have a bedroom tour video scheduled for that Saturday that I can move around. It truly depends on how long it takes me to edit everything but I’m so happy that I was actually feeling well again enough to yap all day in my room for this lol. I’m scheduled to work at my mural job every week day for the rest of the month but I have so many YT video plans for this year and I’m excited to finally finish this video.

Hoping to finally film some more footage for my Greek myth video tomorrow, but in the meantime, I’ve been editing some other videos that were supposed to come out in between those longer talking videos. I’m going to hopefully upload and schedule them soon but my PR comic con journaling video will probably be out first this weekend! Keep your eyes peeled for that one if you’re interested in my art journaling/drawing process (and if you want to hear about my experience meeting Elijah wood back in April!)

Well hi everyone! In case you didn’t know, every May and October I make my own art prompts. It’s usually a way for me to stay motivated to add art to my illustration portfolio or work in my sketchbook. I typically do a prompt for every day of May but since i focused so much on prepping for comic con and then got sick (the only reason I haven’t made more progress on my mythology video is that I’m still sick and my voice is not good) I decided to be much more casual about my May prompts this year. It’s only 10 and most of them will just be sketchbook doodles. You can use them however you like if you’re also looking for an easy prompt list but if you do use them, please tag me so I can see!

Guess who’s sick???

So despite wearing a mask everyday (especially over the weekend at comic con) I’m very sick this week. Didn’t hit till yesterday and now I’m sleeping it off today. Hopefully it’ll only last another day or two since I’m infamous for saying sick for like 2 weeks and I have a lot to get done in the next few days. Wanted to film the second half of my first Greek myth video today but that is just not happening (even if I didn’t feel bad, I sound nasally and I’m losing my voice so filming the rest of it is not a good idea right now). I was however able to edit that first half this morning and this is how long it is right now lol. I also might post a sketchbook video before I even upload the Greek myth one just because that’s way easier to edit when it’s just a Timelapse but I’ll let you guys know

Prcomiccon 2025 is officially over! (I mean it has been since Sunday night but I was asleep for most of yesterday). Once I can do all my inventory and get organized, I’ll be able to get back to working on my Greek myth video but i just need to recharge today. It was a great con and I’m pretty sure it was my most successful one yet!
