It doesn't matter in the end, so might as well do your thing.

These 2 videos have 629 MILLION views combined.

That's such an astronomical number...

But it's ALL because of the psychology behind it.

Let me explain:

One way to win in short form content, I realize you have to build tension and anticipation.

Okay cool why is this important?

Because of our friend dopamine.

A common misconception about dopamine is that it's released when you get the reward.

But actually it peaks as you ANTICIPATE the reward.

"Dopamine is more closely linked to the anticipation of a reward than to getting the reward itself."

That's why you want to have a pay off at the end right?

That why mystery box videos are such a huge trend, it taps into this psychology, people want to see what they get.

Or with challenges they want to see what happens or if they will fail/lose.

What actually happens in the end doesn't matter that much, it's more how big the stake is or rather the anticipation of the pay off that matters.

Keep this in mind :)

How to win any argument:

Don’t argue.

Just tell them:

“You’re right”

Even if they’re wrong, just tell them they’re right because…

Now what?

Oh,

It’s not fun to argue when the other doesn’t participate?

There literally no point in arguing against someone, you will NEVER convince someone that is on the defences.

The only way to convince someone is by leading them to your way of thinking…

By asking questions.

This is a skill that is EXTREMELY hard to master, but you often see psychiatrists use this technique.

Sleep is king.

Hot take:
Prioritising and having good sleep will fix 90% of your mental problems.

I swear to god, if you ACTUALLY optimise and prioritise for sleep you will feel sooooooo much better than any other thing.

And it cost nothing.

People judge you no matter what

If you’re muscular -> Steroids

If you’re rich -> Arrogant

If you’re poor -> Stupid

If you’re fat -> Lazy

The point is…

It doesn’t fucking matter what you do.

People will find something to say.

So,

Might as well do your own shit…

You will be judged either way.

Give it a go.

It’s my favourite kind of pain to endure.
