1. Notice Your "Shoulds"
Pay attention to those little thoughts that start with "should." "They should have said thank you." "This day shouldn't be this difficult." Every time you catch yourself saying this, you’ve found a hidden expectation. Just notice it without judgment. Think of it as a clue to what's secretly bothering you.
2. Let Go of the Fight
When something happens that you don't like, don't resist it. Don't fight it. Just accept it for what it is. That doesn't mean you have to like it, but it means you stop struggling against it. let that moment pass without a fight. it's just a moment for yourself
3. Find Your Inner Power
You can't control traffic, the weather, or what others do. But you have complete control over one thing: your reaction. This is your true power. Instead of letting outside events dictate your mood, you decide how you want to feel. That's true freedom.
4. Swap Expectations for Gratitude
This is the most important part. Instead of getting upset when things don't go as it was supposed to be. one, let go of it, You go from feeling disappointed to feeling grateful. By making these small shifts, you'll find that your life goes from a frustrating battle to a series of pleasant surprises.
