When feeling fear about your work, ask for MORE fear. Learn to love the fear. Say “please give me more of this fear. All of this fear is welcome here. I am willing to feel this tight chest and knot in my stomach.”

If you’re willing to feel some unpleasant sensations and say “cool. Give me more of this fear” you pretty much win the game.

The fear transmutes into a rushing river of passion and flow when you LET IT BE, and WELCOME IT with arms wide open.

If you can be ok with the fact that fear is here, and do the work anyway, the fear can become what it’s meant to be…crackling ALIVENESS and ENERGY that carries you to the fruition of your wildest dreams.

I watch your videos 🤫 When you leave comments, I will usually go to your page and check out your stuff. Here's what I want you to know about your content:

1. You are an exceptional teacher, and you know your stuff.

2. When you turn the camera on, remember that you're not "talking to a camera". You're transmitting a message to someone who NEEDS YOUR HELP.

3. When you turn the camera on, remember there is nothing to fear. You are an eternal being, placed here to shine your light. Nothing can get in your way when you FOCUS ON SHINING YOUR LIGHT IN THIS WORLD. Courage will be given to you. Clarity will be given to you. Inspiration will be given to you. The way will be revealed in each step.

4. When you feel fear, doubt, or uncertainty, turn your mind back onto the fact that You Are Here To Shine Your Light. Fear or no fear. Doubt or no doubt. Devote yourself to the light, and to BEING the light, and to SHINING the light. The light dissolves all fear.

5. Learn copywriting. Copywriting is a hidden superpower for your life's work. Copywriting is the reason I hit my first six figures by year 2 of my business. Cashvertising by Drew Whittman is an oldie but goodie that you should have on your desk from this point forward. Copywriting is fun and easy. You CAN do it, and it will help your business grow. *Not affiliated btw (gotta say that nowadays)*

I mention copywriting because the words on your thumbnails and titles MATTER SO MUCH. Let's not hide your beautiful videos behind titles and thumbnails that don't convey WHY a person should 100% watch your video and purchase your beautiful offerings.



Those are the things that are on my mind when I watch your beautiful videos. Keep going.

"You're pretty. That's why your channel is successful". I sift through about 10 of these a day.

When you say this to a person, it diminishes every aspect of who they are down to keratin and bones. It diminishes 15 years of blood, sweat, and tears. It diminishes the 10k+ hours of certifications, accreditations, and professional training to be able to teach the things I teach. It diminishes the multi-six figure business I've built. It diminishes the 16 hour work days, planning, execution, and perfecting my craft as a public speaker.

If you had any idea what it takes for a woman in this world to accomplish a multi six-figure business you would never say those words again.

Physical appearance has ZERO to do with success on YouTube or anywhere else. There are COUNTLESS successful YouTube channels featuring people that aren't "Supermodels", and nobody cares. There are also tons of channels with literal SUPERMODELS that nobody watches. To say otherwise is a cop-out, and is honestly pretty silly.

"You're pretty. That's why your channel is successful". It makes no sense, it's rude, and it's simply not true. Your looks have NOTHING to do with youtube success...I really want to make sure this sinks in.

"You're pretty. That's why your channel is successful". This belief is holding you back. It's also based in misogyny. And it's simply not true.

Let's stop saying it, to me or any other woman. Thanks.

I just got this comment 👉"Meanwhile there are faceless channels with millions of subs."

It was in response to my video about how to grow on YouTube with a sincere and authentic speaking style. (The most recent vid on my channel if you missed it)

Comments like this drive me nuts 🫠....I have to actively relax my jaw when I read comments like this haha.

Listen...My channel is not about "Getting as many subscribers as possible". It's about helping leaders and teachers who want to be front facing with their potential customers, and grow their impact & business with YouTube.

Millions of arbitrary subscribers are easy to come by. It's really not hard at all to get millions of subscribers. You could:

1. cry on your kitchen floor
2. do reaction videos
3. make doom and gloom news videos
4. eat mukbangs
5. air your dirty laundry and do ridiculously tacky "story time" videos about your divorce or whatever.

That's not what you or I are interested in. We're interested in being thought leaders and teachers in the world to grow our impact and profits...as well as create content they we are proud of.

"Millions of subs" does NOT equate to effective or meaningful content. Nor does it equate to a sustainable and joyful business (which is what I'm here to help people accomplish).

Could we all sit here creating content-farmed faceless garbage, collecting "millions of subs"? Sure. If that's your thing, go for it.

But the people I'm specifically addressing in my work are the people who want to contribute something meaningful, share their expertise with the world, share what they've learned in their lives, while also building a business they love.

I'm here to help you get rich, inside and out. One of the fastest ways online business owners can do that today is to STOP using instagram as a promotional platform for your business. It's not working. It's distracting you. It's stressing you out. It's cheapening your message. It's WASTING YOUR TIME!

I've been doing online business for 15 years, and I'm here to tell you, unequivocally, Instagram is ONE GIANT SHAM. In surveys I've conducted with my clients, exactly ZERO percent of them are loving instagram. ZERO percent of them are having consistent success or conversions.

About 20% report instagram "kind of" works and "sometimes" brings sales. If you had a partner who "kind of" showed up sometimes, I would hope you'd kick them to the curb ASAP.
