Building my dedicated semi pulling truck solely for tractor pulling, its going to be a lot of trial and error and potentially a destroyed truck as I wish to keep it with Tamiya running gear but I just don't think it's going to cope with the big power upgrades that will be going in it, I've ran the tractor pull with Rusty on an 1800kv brushless and things were OK mechanically other than it started running hot, now im going bigger.. much much bigger 😉

I'll have a video dropping later.. sorry about the inconsistent videos at the moment but many projects are in heavy prep stages which takes, hours, days even weeks..
I'm no longer having Rusty as a tractor pull truck and will be having a dedicated truck for that then I can keep Rusty as it was.. to take out and enjoy anytime anywhere whatever the weather, so I have had a rummage through my inventory of parts and gathered what's needed to whip up a quick pull truck to get me going..
The TMNT Globeliner roof is currently underway, I would like to have some of these ready for the national gathering but at the same time im not going to rush things for the sake of it so do stay tuned guys and Subscribe if you haven't already 😀

I've been busy recently with other things kind of out if my control and helping out my Dad so I haven't had any time recently to get any filming done as my filming routine had been totally interrupted, also there'll be no Leyland video this month due to the building being used for exams..
Hopefully I can get back to it this weekend and get this stumpy Globeliner started again and finished along with other bits and bobs..

Quick Update...
The Mustang video will be finally finished and uploaded this week.. due to having this beast of a car out to be built, its prevented the next stages of my Custom stumpy TMNT Globeliner due to the next stages being filling and sanding and the last thing I want is filler dust or dust in general finding its way inside the Mustang as I dont want to risk breaking it by cleaning it.. After that it's back to the TMNT build and also my Cute little 4 foot wrecker as I need to get it running to see if it can actually drive around a layout 🤣🤣

Not everyone's cup of tea but I received this Little brushless Truck buggy thing from DeeRc off amazon before Christmas for review, however the weather was wet and the service virtually gave up so I threw in the towel on the video...
The next day it worked again (My fault for running in wet weather) but the weather never really improved till now and most dry evenings in between I've been driving the nuts off this thing on the park with the dog..
As its still in one piece and running as it did when I first unboxed it I thought id continue where I left and finish the video as its a pretty solid toy basher for a new comer looking to test the waters in the hobby.

Cab prep done.. the grills on the front have now been removed and smoothed out, the original grill has now been butchered for its lights and a new grill made to recreate the look of the turtle van, I've gone with a sewer drain over a shell as its a truck and would require airflow at the front, all the mold lines have been rubbed out and any unnecessary holes removed, now to prep the cab, fill the holes, fill around the grill get everywhere looking nice and smooth, create the turtle shell on the roof then prep for paint 🙂
The video of this will be up to a few weeks due to waiting on bits arriving from ali express and the time between filling, sanding, paint ting etc.
But it should be a nice fun nostalgic truck once finished 🤩
