So basically, there is a fire in moorpark and also really strong winds. I was in my science class when the sky LITERALLY turned orange, and it was really scary. Moorpark is a few minutes away from where I live, so we could smell and see the smoke. The office staff brought us facemasks to my science class, and my science class is the farthest class from my school, so when i was walking to science, I was breathing the smoke, and i started coughing a lot. When 4th period ended (Science), my mom came to pick me and my little brother up, and the front office was PACKED with parents picking up their kids. The freeway was packed with people evacuating, and my mom piked me and my little brother up in case we had to evacuate. Thankfully, we didn't, and my dad is at work, and he's alright, Stay safe if you live around there. (UPDATE), so yesterday the fire spread even more, and it's by Camarillo and Camarillo, which is like 10-20 minutes away from where I live. I was scared they might evacuate us, but thankfully not. The firefighters are taking care of this, and a ton of people that live by the serros had to evacuate, and there is where the fire is like at so EVERYONE STAY SAFE!!!! Don't go outside unless you need to and wear a facemask if you start to smell smoke. Stay indoors at all times and keep your pets inside
