YouTube is not reducing my reach or engagement directly, but the issue is that my videos are not getting engagement because they are not being recommended after I post them. When I upload a video, it doesn’t seem to go anywhere or get pushed to viewers.
I genuinely don’t know what offense I may have committed or what could be causing this. It feels like my content is being restricted or limited without any explanation.
It doesn’t make sense that someone can put in so much time, energy, and passion into creating content, only for the video to not be shown or recommended to anyone. I’m asking YouTube to please look into this and address the issue, because this is discouraging and unfair to creators.

At this point, I’m still creating content until 3:33 in the morning. I’m doing my very best to stay creative and put my work out there. The problem is that when I post on social media, the videos don’t perform well. I’m honestly just trying to survive and hold on to something that keeps me going.
When my videos don’t get views, it’s really discouraging, especially after putting in so much energy and effort to create content. I swear to God, this journey is not easy.
I truly hope everyone here can support me and help me grow my engagement—that’s all I’m asking for. There are a lot of things I can’t talk about, including financial struggles and other personal issues, but I’m holding on to hope that everything will be okay one day.

How I Became HIV Positive at the Age of 15 — My True Life Story

My name is Abigirl, and this is my true life story of how I became HIV positive at the young age of 15.

It all started in 2006. I was living a simple life, coming from a very poor background. That year, my aunt asked me to escort her to Lagos. I was so happy because it wasn’t the first time I had followed her there—although I didn’t know Lagos very well, I thought it was just another regular trip.

This was only the second time I had ever been to Lagos. During my first visit, I helped her with chores like fetching water, cooking, and taking care of her kids. But this time, things were very different. I had no idea that this trip would change my life forever.

I agreed to go, and the next day, we traveled to Lagos with one of my uncles. Everything seemed normal until the following morning. She woke me up and asked me to pack a few of my things. I thought we were just going to the market. I didn’t question it because I was still very young and didn’t understand what was going on.

Instead of going to the market, they took me to a large duplex house with a fenced compound. Two ladies were already there, and they told me to stay with them. My aunt and uncle said they would come back for me and told me to wait.

That was the last time I ever saw my aunt, uncle, or anyone from my family.

From that moment, my life was no longer the same. I was left alone, confused, and eventually forced into a situation I couldn’t escape. That’s how my journey with HIV began—at just 15 years old. Episode 2 is coming soon.
