I have come up with an idea of how you can in the next 30-60 days sign your first paying members into your Skool membership

Whether that's the first 5, or 10, or even 20 paying members

I came up with a mini Google Sheets tracker that holds you accountable to doing the 3 activities daily through which you will be attracting new interested members, and signing them:

- Creating attraction, lead generation content

- Progressing contacts via chats, calls, or a webinar class

- Asking anyone possible: "Who else do you know that would benefit of our Skool community?"

If you only do these 3 things daily, you are growing your Free Community of interested contacts, engaging with them, and signing them into your paid membership.

(For this to work, I will show you how to set up your Skool Community so it's Free for your leads/contacts to join, and inside of your Free Skool Community you also have a Paid membership tier into which you sign your Paying members)

Skool just announced last week a new $9 per month plan, hobby plan which has all similar features as the $99 a month

Skool is an app that allows you to host your membership program (course, community forum, coaching calls), and it charges your members monthly subscriptions, handles all the payments and sends you payouts, all in one app, in one place, and it looks simple, and it’s simple to set up and use

There are a few differences to both membership plans. Both give you unlimited courses, unlimited community members, etc, …

$9 a month takes 10% transaction fee out of members paying you your membership fees, $99 a month has the cheapest 2,9% fee.

$9 a month doesn’t support pro plugins, and affiliate element of Skool (your members referring more members to you and earning affiliate commissions out of your membership program)

$9 per month is great for you to get started and sign the first 5-10 members paying you. When 10% commissions that you are sending to Skool outweight the $99 a month, you can upgrade - Or immediately when you get 2-3 referrals sent to you, you can upgrade and turn the affiliate feature on.

I am starting to heavily rely on referral marketing: My members referring me more more members, so I grow by “word-of-mouth”. I am totally willing to give 40% comissinon away to anyone who sends me referrals. You could do the same when the time is right, but to sign your first few members and get your Skool membership going, you might not need these advanced features, …

1 year and a half ago I started my membership program for which I charged $49 per month at first, and then I increased the price to $97 a month!

I grew it to 30+ members, and the recurring revenue coming in totally freed me up! I stopped worrying about money, stopped chasing for new clients, I just kept the existing ones who were paying monthly subscriptions!

I stopped doing 1-1 coaching and rather helped my clients as part of my course, community and weekly group coaching sessions!

I was able to work so much less, a 1-2 hours per day, all for fun! I enjoyed my daily work now!

I now created a mini course and community through which you can also put a membership program in place for yourself!

Skool just released the “Members Affiliate” feature that allows your existing members to refer you “new members” and they get commissioned for that.

In this video I explain you how the feature technically works, and how to enable it!

I am also editing a different video lesson where I teach how to actually get your members refer you more members - Coming up Soon.

So, if you are running a Skool membership program (charging $97 a month for example), your members can refer “new members” into your program, and they can receive 10-50% ongoing lifetime monthly commissions!

You can set any setting that you would like, from 10% to 50%. They say 40% works best :) It’s generous!

By providing your members with an opportunity to make affiliate commissions, this does a few things:

- Your members can make money

- Increases the quality of how much your members study and do the work

- Members helping new people coming in - increased community support - Everyone wants new people to stay and succeed!

- Members stay forever (retention) - if they cancel, they lose commissions

- Someone Refers 2-3 members paying, they secure “Free Membership Forever”

OVERALL, MAINLY, … It creates even more success case studies, which attracts even more people come in!

1) Create an offer for which you charge $97 a month (the outcome you help someone achieve, course, community, weekly group coaching calls)

2) Open a Skool community that will host your program and will charge your students $97 a month, and then pay you to your bank account

3) There are 5 people who will pay you $97 a month, most probably already in your existing network
(any previous clients, anyone who you worked for free in the past, people following and interacting with your content, do you have any FB group?, do you maybe already have anyone on your E-mail list?, ...),

write them down, reach out to them by saying:

"I want to build an awesome case study with you of how you achieved [the outcome]", get to talk to them on a call and explain them how you can work with them on "results basis" as part of your progam and quick 1-1 interactions, for $97 a month, ...

sign 5 members paying you $97 a month = $500 recurring monthly income now!
You are covering your costs, you are being paid now, you have a foundation to build on and expand, compound, ...
And most importantly, you can work with those 5+ people and create success case studies, which then attract more people come to you and hire you!

...
And those who never do the work that I say, and don't sign even their first member, because they didn't show up and did the work for themselves, fail.

I saw these people gone in 1-2 months, ...

But those who got to 1-5+ members, are staying and succeeding! :)
