What do you do when the mist disappears?
In this video, I headed out for the first snow in Østmarka. I was looking for drama, but I found silence instead. The "hero shot" I wanted literally evaporated before my eyes.
This became an exercise in "settling". Learning to see the beauty in ordinary when the extraordinary fades. Sometimes the less interesting scenes are the ones that actually tell the real story of the forest.
