Hi! I’m a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with 10 years of hands-on experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

I specialize in helping older adults regain independence through functional, compassionate care — and I’ve documented thousands of therapy sessions under the pressure of fast-paced, high-census environments. I know what it’s like to juggle productivity, patient care, and defensible documentation all in one shift.
