February we want all of you to participate in no sugar challenge .. starts February 1st…
What to Avoid During Your No-Sugar Challenge:
Refined sugars (white, brown, powdered)
Artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin
Jaggery (despite its minerals, it still contributes to high sugar intake)
Syrups (honey, maple syrup, agave) if trying to cut out sugars
Processed foods that contain hidden sugars, like store-bought sauces, condiments, and even some bread.
Tips for Your No-Sugar Challenge:
Read labels carefully to spot hidden sugars in processed foods.
Opt for whole fruits and vegetables for your sugar intake rather than processed options.
Drink plenty of water, herbal teas, or infused water with mint/cucumber/lemon.
Use spices like cinnamon or cardamom to naturally enhance sweetness in food without adding sugar.
