Thank you to everyone who participated in the giveaway for the Panasonic NV-GS100 camcorder kit! Entries are now closed, the winner will be notified, and an update video will go out tomorrow.
Hello friends! I have good news and bad news about the Panasonic Super D-Cam LK-RQ334.
Looks like the owner of digitalkameramuseum.de recently changed the entry page for the camera. It no longer claims to be a prototype (it was also featured in the prototypes section of the website), but states the camera was indeed marketed in Japan, which makes sense. I have added screenshots to show what the page looked like before, and now. Hopefully you'll understand why I chose to call it a prototype in the first video, but my sincere apologies for jumping the gun and not confirming this information prior to posting.
However it remains true that the LK-RQ334 has not shown up online before now, so that's still exciting! I do appreciate the owner of this website for hosting the photos I took of the camera.
I have some accessories for the camera on the way, and I will be able to provide a full review soon. It has a few really cool features that I'm excited to talk about. Thanks for your patience everyone! :o)
Hello! A lot of you friendly folks have been asking me to make some longer form content, so I have a new video premiering tomorrow at 11am EST. I think there was a bit of confusion around my earlier video about the silver metallic Sega Digio SJ-1, so I wanted to explore that camera in further detail. I hope you enjoy :o)
