The Department of Chemical Engineering, TOMS College of Engineering, proudly observes National Energy Conservation Day with a series of meaningful initiatives aimed at promoting energy awareness, environmental responsibility, and sustainable living.

In a world where energy demand is constantly rising, conservation is no longer a choice—it is a responsibility. Through our Switch Off Awareness Drive, we emphasize the importance of mindful energy usage in our daily lives. Simple actions like turning off unused lights and equipment can collectively lead to significant energy savings.

As part of the celebration, students and faculty will also participate in the Green Pledge Initiative, reaffirming their commitment to protecting natural resources and working towards a cleaner, greener future. Adding creativity to consciousness, the Slogan Writing Competition encourages students to express powerful ideas that highlight how every small step truly matters.
