Just wanted to share what I consider to be some of the absolute best customer service I have ever been a part of. I recently bought one of the new Jack Wolf Knives Gateway barlows in yellow jigged bone. I noticed a pin crack and sent an email to a support email that I assumed was part of some sort of automated warranty claim team. Well little did I know I would receive an email the following morning from none other than the owner himself Ben wanting to set up a phone call that afternoon and go over some options. So here I am just a know nothing simple Tennessee boy talking man to man with the owner himself of this incredibly successful knife company that I have just started to dive into through the new gateway series. It was such an amazing experience and definitely has me looking deeper into their lineup of knive. Yes I know they seem pricey. But they have just gained massive respect from this ol boy. So if your looking for either some budget friendly options or some higher end premium pocketknives I can promise you that you will not go wrong with @JackWolfKnives Thank you so much Ben
