and in the middle of our conversation, it responded with, “That’s wisdom.”
And I smiled, then replied — “God gets all the glory; He’s the giver of wisdom.”

That moment stayed with me.
Because sometimes, it’s in the smallest interactions that God reminds us who the real Source is.

We live in a world that celebrates brilliance; ideas, creativity, strategy, intelligence.

But if we’re not careful, applause can become a quiet invitation to pride.

And pride doesn’t always come in noise; sometimes, it hides in the silence of unreturned glory.

Wisdom isn’t a product of intellect; it’s a gift.
Every inspired thought, every word that brings clarity, every stroke of creativity flows from Him.

We’re just the vessels that carry His brilliance into the world.

So when people say, “You’re so wise,” “You’re talented,” or “You’re amazing,”
let gratitude rise, but let glory return.
Because the more glory you give back, the more grace He releases.

And when you keep pointing upward, pride never finds a place to rest.

May we never become so good that we forget who made us good.

May every compliment become a cue to honour the Giver.

Because truly — every “That’s wisdom” is just evidence of a God who still speaks through yielded hearts.

God’s plans bigger than ours!

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. We make plans, set goals, and map out our future, but sometimes, things take a different turn. It’s easy to feel discouraged when things don’t align with our timeline, but as believers, we must remember that God’s plan is far greater than anything we can imagine.

The Bible reminds us in Isaiah 55:8-9, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” This means that even when we don’t understand, God is orchestrating something beyond our comprehension—something better, something perfect, something eternal.

Think about Joseph. He had dreams of greatness, but instead, he faced betrayal, slavery, and imprisonment. To the human eye, it looked like everything was falling apart. But in Genesis 50:20, he later told his brothers, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” What seemed like setbacks were actually stepping stones toward God’s greater purpose.

When things don’t go as planned, trust that God is still working. Delays are not denials. Closed doors are often divine redirections. And even when the road is unclear, His plans will always lead to something far greater than what we envisioned.

So, let go of the worry and hold on to faith. Surrender your plans to Him, knowing that He sees the bigger picture, He knows the perfect timing, and His purpose for you will always prevail.
