We are celebrating Navratri festival with you all with awareness ribbon colours .. Also many are fasting… have plenty of oral fluids frequently to avoid fast related dehydration, u can have dates , Rajgira , groundnut chikki, curd, buttermilk with regular intervals.. Take care and enjoy this beautiful festival Navaratri… enjoy womanhood … its God’s gift 🫶
