I know what you're thinking when it comes to... Comfort Zones. You're probably like, "I've heard this a million times before." 🙄 Leaving your comfort zone is scary, it will give you anxiety, it will make you feel really, reaaalllly uncomfortable. 💁🏼♀️ AND THAT'S GOOD🤍
Remaining in our comfort zones leaves almost NO room for growth. ✨
For YEARS, I played it safe, I would go to the end of my comfort zone and that uncomfortable, nervous feeling would creep out and I would just go back into the safe feeling of what I knew.
Which at the time it would feel amazing because it's safe, I knew what to expect, and it was comforting.
BUT... I KNEW I was doing no good to myself! I KNEW I needed more! I KNEW I would have to face those unpleasant feelings and get out of my comfort zone. 🤍 It takes courage to go after what you want 🤍 It takes determination to decide that you won't play it safe anymore 🤍 It takes guts to ultimately make that change for yourself And, when you DO you WILL be scared, BUT I can guarantee that the path towards growth is WAY MORE rewarding than the comfort of staying where you are will ever be.✨
There is never going to be a perfect time to start a business, you aren't going to magically have more time in the future, everybody has the same hours in a day! So you can sit there and say "I'II leave it another month" because you will get there and then find another excuse as to why you can't start your business!
And that's all it is, an excuse! 👎🏻
You are letting your fear make your decisions because you trying to protect yourself! However by taking risks and stepping out your comfort zone, you have the ability to make something for yourself and your life! 🤍
We all have enough time to do things when you really look at what you are spending time on! ⏰ For example You wake up at 7am for your 9 hour shift at 9am, well you could wake up at 6am or 5am and get into a morning routine which involves a couple of hours on your business before you go to work! ☀️
Not a morning person well, when you get home, are you just sitting in front of the tv all night, watching Netflix for 5 hours before you go to bed at 10pm?😴 There are definitely more productive ways to use that 5 hours for sure 💁🏼♀️ It's all about sorting out your priorities, what's important and beneficial to you and what isn't! 😊
Once you do that, you will realise how much spare time you actually do have to make something for you, to work on a business on the side until it can fully support you financially! 💸
So "I don't have enough time" isn't a good enough excuse to not start!
