“We have been saying that ‘your food is your medicine’ but we really don’t believe that. What if we say that we all have a doctor within our body? Our natural healer? We don’t need to do anything from the outside, as long as we…"

Subah Saraf battled chronic health issues from the age of 13, while Harshvardhan Saraf struggled with severe sinusitis and psoriasis since birth. Their search for healing led them to natural remedies, transforming their health—and inspiring them to create Satvic Movement. Rooted in Ayurveda and holistic living, Satvic Movement has helped millions reverse lifestyle diseases, boost energy, and reconnect with their bodies by reviving ancient health wisdom for the modern world.

In this episode of HSBC presents Realign, the Satvic Movement busts the biggest myths around food, healing, and well-being. They reveal why sleep isn’t just rest—it’s the foundation of how we feel, think, and function. They explain the hidden power of eating an early dinner, how ash gourd juice acts as a natural detoxifier by attracting and flushing out waste from the body, and why the best breakfast isn’t complex—it’s a simple, hydrating plate of fruits.

But this isn’t just about diet. It’s about reconnecting with the healer within. They explain how our bodies are naturally designed to heal, and why eating light allows our energy to shift from digestion to deeper restoration. And beyond food, they tap into a higher power—showing us that true health is not just physical, but deeply spiritual and emotional. If you’ve ever felt lethargic, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns, this episode will change how you approach wellness forever.

“What is the determining factor on whether failure leads to success? Culturally, we’re conditioned to have only 2 reactions to failure. Either we run away from it and try to never fail at all, or we try to quickly move on, but neither of these is correct. Instead, we need to know how to sit with failure. We need to be able to reflect, evaluate, and learn before we move on to the next failure, and the next learning."

“When I received my Cancer diagnosis, my first thought was, ‘Why me?’ I’d wake up thinking it was all a nightmare; I couldn’t believe that this could happen to me. That’s when I started to change the way I thought. Instead of ‘why me?’ I started asking, ‘Why not me?’ I started to feel grateful this wasn’t happening to my sister, or my son. I realized.

I had the strength to deal with this, I had the resources to go to the best hospitals, and the support system to help me through this. Starting to ask ‘why not me?’ helped me start the healing process."

Sonali Bendre stole hearts across India as the poster girl for 90s Bollywood, but she kept them with her unwavering spirit during her public battle with Stage 4 Cancer. In this episode, she reveals the mindset that got her through it all.

Sonali explains how she went from feeling like an outsider in Bollywood to seeing the industry rally around her during her illness. She talks about how she found solace in science throughout her treatment, how Cancer became her ultimate teacher, and how she changed the Bollywood beauty standard.

In this episode of Realign, Sonali breaks down the power of positivity, how to speak to your body with your brain, and the best way to tackle imposter syndrome.

“The Pakistani troops rained bullets on me, but I didn't move. At that moment, I knew that as long as they didn't shoot my head or my heart, I would survive. They could cut off my legs and my arms, but I wouldn’t say a word. I decided—I would live, and I would fight. Today, if you pricked me with a needle, I would feel unbearable pain, but at that time, as I was shot again and again, I felt no pain, just determination to keep going."

At just 19, Yogendra Singh Yadav became the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient for his insurmountable bravery in the Kargil War. He was shot 17 times, tortured inhumanely and taken for dead by the Pakistani Army. But through sheer resilience and devotion to his country, he kept up the fight and became the sole survivor of Tiger Hill.

Yogendraji recounts the realities of war first hand and breaks down the military training that goes into shaping a Ghatak Warrior’s mindset. Learn how to funnel purpose into action, the key to decision making in high pressure situations and the best attitude to have towards fear.

In this episode of Realign, we decode the inner workings of a soldier's mind in a complete masterclass on the power of determination, fortitude and survival in the face of adversity.

“The reason unlearning is difficult is because when you learn something you attach it to your identity. Changing your opinion about a ‘fact’ feels like you’re changing your opinion about yourself and that affects your ego. However, the reality is that at a neurological level, unlearning is the best way to improve your neuroplasticity and essentially become ‘smarter.’"

Dr. Sid Warrier is a neuroscientist and doctor who’s revolutionizing the way we think about the brain. He’s making mental health fun & exciting while keeping it informative, and is at the forefront of bringing neuroscience to the mainstream.

From using neuroplasticity to unlock your brain’s limitlessness potential, to decoding the Bhagavad Gita using scientific insight - this is not a class in biology, it’s the ultimate guide to navigating all things neuroscience.

In this episode of Realign, learn about how to use meditation to make your brain younger, neuro-hacks to become more productive, how to optimize your sleep for success & understand why Dr. Warrier continues to pray despite being an atheist.
