You can’t scale vibes.
I once launched a nonprofit that had a great-looking brand. The mission was solid, and people were hyped.
But under all that momentum, I was holding things together with vibes, passion, and prayer.
The organization simply didn’t have the structure to support the impact we were trying to make. I had the vision. I acted on the vision. But it felt like I was doing everything alone. Timelines stayed fuzzy, and half the time we were just winging it and hoping for the best.
That’s not strategy. That’s survival mode with a pretty Canva template.
That version of me was doing the best she could. She learned the hard way that good intentions and a solid aesthetic aren’t enough to carry a mission. That experience is exactly why I started Blessed Designs Consulting.
