No searching. No remembering. Just immediate access.
No social media. No digital ads. No personal branding.
That’s when it hit me. Marketing has never been about platforms. It is about presence.
Sometimes, the best lessons in marketing come from the past.

20 years ago, this was my office. 😊
This picture was taken on Karwa Chauth in my very first office. It wasn't a fancy corporate office. It was a small home office with a simple setup, a bulky computer, and lots of dreams.
What stands out to me today are two things.
First, the balance between work and family. Even on a festival like Karwa Chauth, work was a part of my day. I never believed I had to choose one over the other.
Second, technology.
More than 20 years ago, when many businesses were still hesitant to use computers, they had already become a part of my work. They helped me stay organised, serve clients better, and build my business more efficiently.
Looking back, the office was small, but the dreams were never small.

We’ve Officially moved into our 4th Office in the last 21 years. 🏢❤️ And it all started from an 8x8 room in my home.
Saying this out loud still feels a little unreal.🧿 It feels like just yesterday we were setting up our very first workspace, a small team, limited setup, but a lot of belief.
And today, here we are.
Yes, this new office is bigger. Yes, it’s better.
And yes, it’s built to help our growing team serve you more seamlessly every single day.

#1 My Mother - My Mother Parveen Kaur a.k.a Pinky. The strength my mother displayed after my Papa's passing in 2005 is something I admire deeply.
