For our 20th Founder’s Day, we had photographers, videographers and cameras capturing every moment. But the memory that stayed with us wasn’t digital. It was this. 😍
We had a live artist to create a doodle during the event, capturing the people, conversations, milestones and little moments as they happened. 😊
And somehow, this one canvas captured the essence of the day better than photographs could. Photos capture moments. This captured the story.
In a world where AI can create almost anything, this was a beautiful reminder that human observation, creativity and interpretation are still irreplaceable.
For a few hours, we replaced digital with something beautifully human. ❤️ #grateful

Niva Bupa completed 15 years, and so did my journey with Niva Bupa.
When you look back, 15 years feels like a long time. But when you’ve genuinely enjoyed the journey, it somehow feels like yesterday.

While attending a mutual fund event recently, one thing really stayed with me.
I noticed beyond the discussions was the very low representation of women in the room.
I’ve been in this industry since 2008, and I have definitely seen things change over the years. There are more women today than when I started, but the number is still much lower than it should be.
Of course, meeting Radhika Gupta was one of the highlights for me. She has been such a strong and inspiring voice in the mutual fund industry, and seeing her journey is a reminder of what women can achieve when they step into this space and make their mark.
I genuinely hope more women take that first step and consider a career in this industry.

I created an email ID for my home and it actually makes so much sense.
Something like yourhome2026@gmail.com 👍
I use it to keep all my important home-related documents in one place:
• Property papers
• Property tax receipts
• Electricity & water bills
• Home insurance
• Home loan statements
• Renovation bills
• Appliance warranties
• Society/RWA communication
Earlier, these things would be scattered across WhatsApp, emails, physical files and different folders.
Now, if I need something 5 years from today, I know exactly where to look.
Selling the house? Need an old warranty?
Renovating? Looking for an old receipt?
Just search the home email ID.
I’ve also made sure a trusted family member knows about it.
Because important household information shouldn’t depend on just one person.
Of course, the account must be protected with a strong password, two-factor authentication and a secure backup.

Last week, I attended an NJ event that was both insightful and inspiring. 😊
The main focus was on AI and the changes it is bringing to our industry. It was a very interactive session, and it was great connecting with people from across the financial services industry.
We’ve been associated with NJ since 2008, so it was also special to be part of the event and see how the industry is evolving.
And the highlight of the evening was definitely meeting Abhinav A. Bindra . His journey and the way he spoke about discipline, consistency and excellence inspired everyone in the room.

Back in 2013, we were just 2–3 people setting up a small office, with limited resources and a lot to figure out. ❤️
Those early years were all about learning, understanding clients, building trust, and navigating challenges along the way.
Fast forward to 2026, and we’re now a team of 11–12, working from a bigger office with better systems, resources, and processes.
But one thing hasn’t changed. The focus on improving, growing, and doing better every day.
Looking back at 2013 and seeing where we are today, it’s been quite a journey.
And honestly, it still feels like we’re just getting started.

Yesterday, my mother visited our new office for the first time.♥️
As she walked around, she kept looking at every corner with a smile. She didn’t say much, but I could see the pride in her eyes.
In that moment, I wasn’t thinking about the office. I was thinking about the journey.
She has seen it all. The uncertainty, the long days, the small wins that felt like big victories, and the moments when things didn’t go as planned.
People often ask me who my first team member was.
The answer has always been the same.
My mother.
I just hope I keep giving her many more reasons to be proud. 😊
