🎮 Senior Programmer (Unreal Engine 5)
Full-time, remote
You’ll help build core gameplay systems: shooting, driving, melee, customization, Battle Royale and more.

Requirements:

- 3+ years with Unreal Engine 4/5
- C++ & Blueprints mastery
- Multiplayer systems, replication, network logic
- Optimization for Android (CPU/GPU/memory)
- Able to work independently and support junior teammates
- Russian-speaking
- Intermediate English (docs + basic team communication)

🎮 CTO / Lead Programmer (Unreal Engine 5)
Full-time, remote
Lead a team, shape the tech stack, and grow into CTO as we scale. You’ll start hands-on with systems architecture, multiplayer, and performance — then grow into a strategic leadership role.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with UE4/UE5 (especially multiplayer & replication)
- Excellent C++ and Blueprints
- Experience leading a team and planning dev cycles
- Mobile game optimization experience
- Familiarity with Git/Perforce
- Russian-speaking
- Upper-Intermediate English
