I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey this channel has been on, and to thank each and every one of you for being a part of it.

When I first launched, I had one core idea for this space: to explore the essential connection between leadership and storytelling.

Now, after reaching 20 videos total, the transformation is almost night and day. If you compare the depth and quality of our most recent videos to the first few, the difference is truly evident! I've been learning and pushing to improve with every upload.

Where We Started vs. Where We're Going
The channel has evolved in ways I never initially planned:

Then: Purely leadership storytelling.

Now: We've introduced accompanying music videos that aim to deepen the emotional connection and resonance of the stories.

Next: I'm thrilled to share that very soon, you can expect our stories to feature full, bespoke music soundtracks! This will elevate the production and immersion to a whole new level.

Seeing our community grow to over 11,000 subscribers and generate 70,000 views is humbling. It reinforces my belief that we are collectively creating something truly valuable—a space where young leaders can find stories they can prescribe to or deeply relate to as they navigate their own journeys.

Hello everyone, reaching out to give everyone a heads up that the name change will be done in the next 2 days. As the channel continues to evolve, I've realized our message has grown beyond "Overwhelmed Management". It's become something bigger. There's something about how stories can teach, heal, and build better leaders. The new name will be "Leadership Through Storytelling". Also, I am working on making my storied videos into music versions of the stories. I will have a new playlist that will include the music. Looking forward all thoughts and comments.
