We are Sidney and Tory and we garden in zone 8a. We had a small 400 SF urban garden in Dallas, Texas and it was the best classroom for us to learn in. Recently we purchased 6.5 acres in Lamar County, Texas. We do not use any herbicides to harm our soil, pesticides to harm beneficial insects or synthetic chemicals. That is the reason we use the term "naked".
We are excited to expand our classroom and share our journey of failures and wins to hopefully help anyone else on this path.
We love experimenting with different gardening methods. Trying different recipes. And doing simple DIY projects to make gardening easy.
We upload videos every Thursday and Sunday morning.
Make sure you hit the Like button, subscribe, and hit the bell icon. And share our videos with family and friends that could benefit from seeing our videos.
Thanks for watching, welcome YouTube gardener!

I will attending the great American Pasture Poultry Producer Association in Allen, TX this Jan 23 thru 25 with some amazing friends and mentors since attending this great event. One, is the man that brought to you the stress-free chicken tractor, John Suscovich. If you could ask @farmmarketing any question, farm related or business related, what would it be?

Spring is getting close that we can smell it now. We are ready to start canning and preserving a lot of things this year. What are some of the things you harvest from your garden, or farm, that you are excited about canning/preserving this year?

Gardening season is slowly approaching. We are ready to test our beds for pH, macro and micronutrients in our soil. Do you do a soil test on your soil? if so, how often?

Our Weekend Garden Cleanup Update!
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share our exciting weekend project with you all. We spent some quality time in the kitchen garden beds, giving them a much-needed cleanup before spring rolls in!
Instead of tossing all that overgrowth and those pesky weeds, we decided to turn them into a tasty treat for our adorable animals! They absolutely loved it, and it's a win-win for us—cleaner garden beds and happy, well-fed critters!
We're all about sustainability and making the most of what we have, so feeding our garden leftovers to our animals just makes sense. Plus, it's a great way to reduce waste and keep our little farm ecosystem thriving.
Stay tuned for more updates on our gardening adventures, DIY projects, and the antics of our furry friends! Let us know in the comments if you have any questions or tips to share—we love hearing from you all!
