Yes, I heard the news about Mario Kart Tour getting shut down. Yes, I heard about the 3,200+ layoffs from Microsoft. I need to make another video related to the future of the gaming industry, but I don’t know which angle to take it. I want to make it evergreen so people can look back on it years from now , but I also want to offer my own perspective. I can’t waste time by saying the same thing millions of other people have been saying the last few weeks.

That’s why I’m going to be pivoting towards making a short video discussing a positive experience I’ve had with video games last week: education.

I used Mario Maker to teach level design to a class, and we worked together to produce a level! A brief video about it will be coming out by week’s end!
